if you pass at all you will have random men opening doors for you before you get there and letting you in first. this happens to me several times a week and i dont do third spaces much bc lonely introverted autist.
>>
I hold the doors for elderly and disabled looking people, so how can you be sure it's because you pass
>>
>>38606690
i hold the door for everyone
>>
>>38606690
thats my phone screen lol
>>
>>38606694
because youre not every person?
>>38606700
holding is not the same as opening for someone to go first. reading comprehension is taught at the age of 6-7.
>>38606703
i just watched it last night with my friend
v good movie imo.
>>38606707
why would i make this up. ive gotten weird comments too. some short old guy said he wanted to sit in my lap when i was at the clinic a few weeks ago.
>>

>holding is not the same as opening for someone to go first. reading comprehension is taught at the age of 6-7.
"holding" the door is the colloquial for this u fucking retard
>>
>>38606738
no. holding a door for someone is when youre already inside or outside the door and have pass through on your vector and are being courteous for someone else.

letting someone else in before you enter or leave is something much less common.
>>
>>38606751
nigger learn learn English, learn what a colloquial is, learn what register is, learn what eye dialect is and then come back here
>>
>>38606769
esl pretending theyre not such.

many cases these days.

theyre seperate and holding the door is seperate from opening doors.
>>
>>38606690
Idk most men let me pass before them and I'm 6'1
>>
>>38606796
height doesn't prevent passing. height actually helps with proportions too. the taller you are the less weird broad shoulders are.
>>
>>38606690
You’re a good writer big soph
>>
>>38607246
not soph.
>>
>>38606690
wrong, guys held open doors for me even before i had ffs
>>
>>38607316
that doesnt mean you didnt male fail prior to ffs lol. like tons of midshit trannies look really youthful and andro, which is what many mid women look like without makeup
>>
>>38607322
either i malefailed 100% of the time pre-ffs or everyone hugboxed me. i think the second is more realistic.
>let's hold open the door for the troon so it doesn't get angry and rages like an orc
or smth idk
>>
>>38607337
few people give a single fuck about placating strangers actually. less people care about you than you think unless youre like tremendously ugly, honnish while girlmoding, or have horrid social graces like lots of overt sexual talk or inappropriate comments.
>>
>>38607349
i don't like admitting my ffs was just for pretty points :/ cuz i don't believe that myself
>>
>>38606690
men try to get to the door to hold it open for me and i get there first and hold the door open for the men instead. they get so confused. it's great fun
>>
Growing up in the south door opening culture was big
But kind of ungendered
In that if you were a man you were expected to hold a door open for anyone and everyone
Despite transitioning I still hold the door open for people. Idgaf if it's clocky. .y dad taught me it's polite
>>
>>38607359
it prolly was for pretty points. i feel the same way. i was andro and attractive prior.
>>
>>38606751
Lol. No, when you hold a door open for someone on the way in it's customary to let them in first. When you're leaving and hold the door open then they leave after. Most doors to places swing outward rather than in, so it's just the natural way to make that a polite gesture rather than awkward. I always hold the door open for people, regardless of gender or age, if they're standing close enough for it that's how I'll treat them. It'd be pretty hard to hold a door that swings outward open for someone else and go in before them though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I get it if that makes you feel good or whatever, you can believe it all you want, but this is just standard practices. When you open a door for someone who enters or exits first is based entirely on which way the door swings.
>>
>>38607250
Yeah, it’s you again big soph
>>
>>38607774
yeh, it just feels different to me cuz i used to be way more bdd before ffs too, i'm still bdd but not as much
>>38607866
this isn't soph, i didn't see op sperging out and bullying like a bpdemon and soph does that everytime
t. never been wrong when accusing someone of being soph
>>
>>38607818
its culturally dependent.
people are cold here to men
>>
>>38606690
Men hold doors open for men… door hold opening isn’t even sex specific anymore. We’re all just longing for real life connection.
>>
>>38606690
i stopped passing and men stopped holding doors. feels strange
>>
>>38608137
if i do it for other women or for kids i dont even think. it's conditioned into amabs lol.
>>
>>38608122
I'm talking about places that count (Murica)
