How feminine can a male be and still be considered attractive? Most straight women like men that are feminine up to a certain extent (that is why kpop is so popular), but more than that it becomes a turn off, where do you draw the line?

femininity is a duality - there is behavioral femininity and visual femininity, and you can have one without the other
