Around here people give this style of early american furnature away basically. Planter beds in good shape are only about 200. Curio cabinets are basically 100 or less.

It's not difficult, it's just time consuming to try and get an even random patterns, while also making sure you never line up cuts. It took me about 3 weeks after work to prep the sub floor, lay the paper, place and nail the boards. The closents took me longer than the bedrooms because of the complexity and having to hand nail it instead of the tongue nailer since it didn't fit.

Then about a day to do all the poly, we slept on the mattress in the living room while we waited for the upstairs to cure for a few weeks.
