I was a 6'2 grizzled bodybuilder with a nose broken in two places. I looked hyper masc. My friend told me before "you'd be such an ugly woman".And I turned out pretty hot lol. But it took the most extreme dedication, so tell your friend she needs to be 100% laser focused, every single detail has to be in place and to eventually pass it would require more work than she has ever done in anything before
