not sure. i think that depends somewhat on your individual baseline. if you were primed genetically for more growth, being skinny will matter less. if you were primed for poor results, you'll need to be basically fat to get decent breasts. but that's not exact, i haven't been polling bmi or anything. just asking people to report flat chested or no (with a pretty strict cutoff for bdd) and whether they were underweight early in transition.
the pattern holds so far but i don't have detailed answers.
