Everything about HRT minus developing breasts sounds awesome. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of info on SERMs as a form of HRT, so if anyone knows anything about them I’d appreciate it.

Idk if it would make your breasts not grow at all though. And also it will increase your Testosterone levels, so you'll have to take a higher dose of antiandrogens. It could also negatively affect feminization in tissues other than breasts, SERMs can be finicky and we can't know exactly how it interacts with every tissue in every situation

Honestly I think it's probably best as only a temporary solution. Keyhole top surgery after a few years of estrogen + ralox would probably be best long-term if you really want to stay estrogenized without breasts.
