How the fuck am I such a useless retard that I fail at the basics of transitioning and life in general on a $200k a year salary? I can't do anything that isn't as retard proof as showing up to work then going home right at all.
t. lateshit hrt repper realizing how out of his depth he is starting hrt
>>
>>41476708
I career maxed and make over 300k a year but keep repping. Someone tell me what to buy and I’ll wire them money rn
>>
>>41476726
>I career maxed and make over 300k a year but keep repping.
Why are you repping? I rep out of of sheer incompetence and fear
>>
>>41476708
I started at 25.5. Who gaf

>>41476726
Do you want to stop repping? Send me BTC and I'll send you a vial, or help you but it yourself
>>
>>41476708
Salary doesn't really matter, it only helps for srs/ffs and stuff (if your insurance sucks). For anything else you need a lot of willpower. I wouldn't have made it without my friends.
Are you on discord/signal? I could guide you on DIY at least.
>>
>>41476829
too focused on my career. I have zero free time and procrastinate here. I have a list of million things I need to be doing RIGHT NOW
>>
>>41477293
>Salary doesn't really matter,
Sucks since it's the only thing I have going for me
>For anything else you need a lot of willpower.
Which I seriously lack
>I could guide you on DIY at least.
Took me years of repping but I'm hrt repping now so I think I have that covered for now.
By retarded I mean I am now terrified of going to a doctor or getting a blood test so I might just take hrt and never get my levels tested or even get my annual physical.

>>41477321
>too focused on my career.
Tbhon I'm more focused now that I started hrt but the stress is aging me so hard I have gray hairs now
>I have zero free time and procrastinate here. I have a list of million things I need to be doing RIGHT NOW
Do you work like 7 days a week or smth? Mon-Fri I have no time at all to do anything but most weeks I have at least 1 day off to do personal tasks (but I'm wasting that day procrastinating with you rn)
>>
>>41477861
I started stacking life responsibilities and i only get the weekend to do them but i always procrastinate them
>>
>>41477861
>Which I seriously lack
It gets better with time, I promise. Are you ADHD?
>I have gray hairs now
How old are you? One or two are nothing, I had that since I was 15 and they didn't increase.
>>
>>41477861
Sweetie you're not wasting your time here this is a serious milestone you're trying to clear consulting with your peers is a necessary part of the process. I transitioned as a teen but I'm trans male so I have no practical advice on the trajectory you need to follow. The most I can do is advise you sit down and evaulate what about what parts of you bring you distress, figure out what you would need to fix it, how much it is, what the recovery times look like, and then start feeling out a timeline for how that can all fit in your life

In my case were I not a broke loser, I would want to proceed with a carbon dioxide laser treatment for my top surgery scars
>>
>>41477875
>I started stacking life responsibilities
Like what?
>i only get the weekend to do them but i always procrastinate them
Yeah the work is piling up and there's always something more important and some days I just get no sleep and decide to do none of it

>>41477894
>Are you ADHD?
Yes and need to get more meds but I keep forgetting
>How old are you?
Over 30 yes I'm a boomerhon
>One or two are nothing,
I have a lot more than one or two. Probably a result of getting poor sleep while working 10-12 hours a day

>>41477955
>Sweetie you're not wasting your time
I have work projects due asap and my home is a shitshow atm I literally don't even have any clean clothes ready for tomorrow because I haven't done laundry in forever
>>
>>41476708
>>41476726
Tbhon what career do you do?
>>
>>41478058
I need to check why my Internet bill doubled, pay my student debt, cancel my insurance, fix several things at my house, call a maintenance company to set up a recurring service, check my emails, mow the grass, …
>>
>>41478058
Replying to people who have information you need is not so time intensive you can't do laundry. Seems like the bigger picture here is you're overwhelmed by your own lifestyle. What do you even have in the way ofcrecreation and socializing? You're also not old so don't put yourself down over age
>>
>>41478144
You're a home owner? Congratulations on your success!
>>
>>41478164
I own multiple houses
>>
>>41476726
Fund my surgeries and I’ll be your wife forever
>>
You should kys fkn literal moid with moid privilege
>>
>>41478165
That's a huge accomplishment. You're probably independent enough now to transition without consequences
>>
>>41478165
oh let me go on Anon so I can manipulate you, find out where you live, and kill you
>>
>>41478058
>Yes and need to get more meds but I keep forgetting
Best you can do until then is have your friends help with motivating you.
>>How old are you?
>Over 30 yes I'm a boomerhon
Still viable desu
>>
>>41478223
Don't kill her she hasn't even transitioned yet, that'd be a nightmare to be buried as she is now
>>
>>41478289
it's a fucking dude that's a landlord. Dude should be smited in the streets.
>>
>>41478328
1. why did you assume I’m renting my other houses?
2. why is being a landlord bad? inflation is real and if I don’t invest my money in property I will literally become poorer. no one is forcing you to rent from me
>>
>>41478144
Hopefully we'll get off my ass and do it now instead of thinking about doing it next week

>>41478346
>why is being a landlord bad?
Not that anon but people don't like their basic needs being used as investments
>I don’t invest my money in property I will literally become poorer
The problem is landlords and homeowners have a vested interest in making sure the supply of homes is low to make sure their investments don't go down in value
>>
>>41478521
I don’t maliciously buy property and hope that others can’t enter the home buying market. I am literally just a person with a lot of money lying around and each year it’s not in real estate I am losing against inflation. I have probably 350k on cash right now and every day I am losing value on it
>>
>>41478521
Very diplomatic and well put nona, I'm rooting for your success. How long have you been on E? Do you like it so far?
>>
>>41478346
Bwcause you're not actually working or making any new product.

It's like flipping, you're just raping people for their money in the laziest way possible. There are 0 virtues involved.
>>
>>41478557
I am working. I have a fulltime job. I just don’t buy anything so I have to invest my money into something that will not lose value over time. What do you want me to do with the ~900k money I would otherwise have sitting in a bank (beyond the FDIC limit)?
>>
>>41478533
So scummy how you dope with the idea to yourself "I just have excess money that I'm trying to protect against inflation!!" "but fuck the people who are renting my proper that can't do the same LOL! "

Kys genuinely
>>
>>41478569
THE
FUCKING
STOCK
MARKET

THATS WHAT ITS FOR YOU STUPID NIGGER
OR YOUR 401K
ANY OTHER, ACTUALY INVESTMENT VEHICLES

YOU SCUM FUCK LOWLIFE POS
>>
>>41478570
But I literally never said anything like that. If you acquire enough money it can become a risk to not invest it because the value decreases every year. Your whole thing is just being angry at me because I earned a lot of money. Like have a better argument.
>>
>>41478575
I lost $40k in the stock market because of the Ukraine war. It’s a terrible investment and you must not follow it to really suggest something like this. It’s not stable at all, built on bullshit, and ironically it hurts more people than being a landlord does. You realize any money I gain from the stock market is effectively money I am taking from other people who are losing, right? At least with a home I am providing a place someone can stay and taking care of major maintenance and someone is actually getting a value out of it. The stock market is literally just me yeeting your money away because you made a bad gamble, or worse I lose money.
>>
>>41478575
Straight up putting money in your 401k beyond the employer match is retarded. You can invest it better yourself than the conservative strategy they manage your portfolio with. Don’t do this.
>>
>>41478575
I am begging my fellow transwomen do not invest your life savings into the stock market. this is a casino and you are going to lose every time.
>>
>>41478533
>I have probably 350k on cash right now and every day I am losing value on it
It's at least in a high yield savings account r-right?
Tbhon I know nothing about real estate so idk how much you need to have in case of emergencies. Maybe you do need that cash sitting there to cover damages or issues, idk

>>41478536
I think I like it so far but too early to tell

>>41478599
You don't want all of your eggs in one basket. You can diversify because if all your money is in a single asset class it only takes 1 crash to wipe it out
With stocks you can at least diversify tho this isn't really true anymore since tech makes up so much of it that the tech sector having problems would basically destroy the entire stock market

But if you invest in broad index funds you're probably putting some of your money into property management companies or reits anyway.
>>
>>41478808
I was cruising on 5% interest for a while. I can put it in a CD but the rates are pretty low right now.

The Ukraine war basically crashed everything. It took a long time to recover. If you don’t need to access that money then you can kind of weather the storm but I didn’t have that luxury. I really don’t feel safe with this type of investment anymore and I got out relatively unscathed.
>>
>>41478808
Wonderful! Don't be skeptical, I felt way better when I went on hormone blockers as a teen before they okay'd me for testosterone, and in one month of T I already had great bottom growth. Glad you took the initiative to look after yourself. I hope you get good breast growth, but that one you have to be patient with

Any advice for a broke neet to make money?
>>
>>41478833
>I was cruising on 5% interest for a while. I can put it in a CD but the rates are pretty low right now.
I mean it sounds like you need quick access to funds so having them in savings is just a necessary evil
>If you don’t need to access that money then you can kind of weather the storm
Isn't this the same with real estate tho? You shouldn't invest in stocks unless you're willing to ride it out.
Every 10 years or so the market crashes and your investments lose like 40% of their value, so it's not a short term play despite some people getting lucky gambling
>It took a long time to recover.
3 years is not a long time in the stock market.

>>41478864
>Any advice for a broke neet to make money?
Idk I just got a job
>>
>>41478966
3 years is a relatively long time when I haven’t even been working for 10 years. It was very frustrating. Real estate is a much safer investment and the only downside is someone on here will call you evil and want to kill you.
>>
i also have like 250000 currency of jewish money but it's worthless so i leave it in the banks. why do people let money control their lives. why

>>41478599
Theres bonds and CDs too dummy. Quit being bad faith. You know personal homes shoulds be investments
>>41478616
You literally agreed with me. Put a little money in your 401k. How retarded are you guys, or are you just speed-reading every post?
>>
>>41479047
I match my employer's contributions to my 401k. That's usually like 8% of people's income at best. Not sure what point you're making. Also CDs are terrible for the past 8 years, why would you suggest that? There is very little to gain from a CD, you may as well put it in robin hood gold.
>>
>>41479477
>Picking and chosing hyper specific investment options and thinking you put 100% of your eggs in that basket

Man I cant help you at all, you're too fucking low IQ. That probably why you're a landlord, and why you should be guillotined.
>>
>>41479497
So you want me to take on a bunch of risk for low-gains just so I don't become a landlord? Why would I do that? The value of my equity has basically gone up 40% since I bought some of the houses.
>>
>>41479519
What's your main job that earned you the money in the first place? It's strange to me that none of the two high earners are willing to tell us, we'd like an idea where people are seeing success these days
>>
>>41479570
it's nothing amazing, I got a CS degree in my bachelors and worked at a defense company doing some basic software work. I just crashed at my mom's place for a couple years and soon enough I had enough for a down payment. since then I job hopped a couple times and have tripled my salary in 1 year, so now I'm actually making decent cash. currently I work at amazon
>>
>>41479579
That was greatly informative, thank you for detailing the process. Hope you transition soon if you're the one who's repping, and if you're on E then I hope it keeps delivering results. Once either one of you has been on E long enough you should hire a personal trainer to guide you through your body fat redistribution with yoga and pilates
>>
>>41479519
I like how you pivoted to just being a blatant scumbag. Kys
>>
>>41479624
No problem anon. I already have been doing pilates for some time but I don't think it really guides my body fat any particular way. Also I'm not sure if I really recommend this route anymore unless you are passionate about this industry like me. A LOT of people are having trouble getting jobs because of H-1B abuse. I personally would have maybe 350k more in my bank account if it wasn't for Indian nepotism. But I don't think this board is really ready to hear that.
>>
>>41479632
I do not think owning more than 1 house makes me a scum bag. It's just a normal investment that lots of people in my income bracket do. In fact you are really stupid if you choose not to, because you incur risk and almost always lose your earnings either through inflation or poor investments. Real estate is a tried and tested way of securing your wealth. Quite frankly I earn a lot because I provide a lot of value and work my ass off, so I don't really care what someone like you who has major issues thinks about how moral I am. In my morality you are just a lazy person who does not want to work as hard as I do.

shin black beef bone broth ramen please im hungry

I had a renter that used to eat these and I don't really get the appeal. They all look really bad tasting (and that guy left a saucy mess everywhere). For me I like the maru-chan ramen packs with the chicken flavor salt you pour on them. But my mom keeps telling me that it will give me cancer so I've been avoiding it now.

>Did you hit your head growing up
Yes actually I was dropped on my head on the concrete as an infant and it was very scary for my parents.
>Some weird analogy you made that makes no sense
I don't really get it. You sound like a deeply upset person. Quite frankly you don't even sound transgender to me, just like an angry man who uses Reddit and absorbs every opinion there. What is the point of your reply? Did you have something to actually say other than just verbally harassing me for responding to you? I don't know any women who act like this.

Am I a retard for keeping 60k$ in my regular checking account? I've never in my 30 years on this earth had this much money to my name and I have no clue what I'll even do with it besides pay rent. I only earn 32k$ a year I've just been stable and living cheaply for a while.
>>
>>41479791
I bought my first house when I got $70k in there. I think when you get around $70k you should seriously consider putting a down payment into a long-term investment like that. Otherwise you're just burning money. (my mom started charging me rent)
>>
>>41479802
Is 70k even enough to get a mortgage in 2025?
>>
>>41479830
That's true, I bought way before the house market went crazy (another H-1B issue BTW). I don't know that it's good anymore. You might have to move a bit out of the suburbs. They have some really nice houses out there for the price, like huge houses, but you're looking at 1-2 hour commute if not working remotely which makes it not worth it.

noooo i promise they are really yummy and good

it’s better than the non beef broth kind because the normal cheaper shin black ramen is super spicy

but the beef bone broth is perfect level spiceyness for me and it’s the only instant ramen where each and every time i drink all the broth omg it’s so yummy

ive been laying in bed on 4chan all day like a depressed stupid idiot but i think i might go out just to get moar ramen

maybe the guy you were thinking of had different ramen because all the packets for this one is dry so no saucy mess unless you meant the broth in which case rip

i highly recommend you try it again but also it’s not very healthy you maybe you might not wanna

threads like these prove that despite having money, the problems still persist.

I've seen far too many trans girls say "if i can just get on XYZ, ill be happy. if i can just get FFS ill be happy."

sure, it might bring some happiness. but then that new state of being becomes the baseline and you start to want something else.

take it from me folks, ive caught plenty of fish in the sea. the fish most worth keeping were the ones who wanted to be better but were content with what they had.
