Anyone here who is on progesterone, is it normal to have increased/slightly thicker body hair with it? I've been on it about 2 months and am noticing darker hairs, and a few facial hairs that have turned dark again from white and it has me worried. My blood tests don't check for dht unfortunately, is this normal though?

my oestradiol levels are 209 pmol/l and my testosterone levels are 1.6 nmol/l

i feel like my estrogen levels are too low, and my testosterone is too high -- if anyone has hrt guidelines using pmol/l please let me know. ive done the conversion and stuff, it seems like my levels are low but id like obviously a second set of eyes

I’ve been preg dosing valerate for 2 years and I’ve become too anxious to take shots. levels were 521/E and 27/T at trough last time I got them taken and my endo wanted me to go TWO weeks between shots to lower my E. We ended up deciding to do 6mg e pills and 50mg bica. Will this fuck anything up? I was getting marginal changed on injections still getting morning wood and occasional random erections. anyways I’m hopeful the bica will stop whatever random androgens that are slowing my progress. I’ve heard switching methods of delivery can kick start progress again.

Hey hrtgen, I was on diy monotherapy for two years and had no issues at all, but my levels were pretty high (like 300 trough). Two months ago I finally got an endo and switched to pills + spiro + prog, and have been noticing a lot of hair thinning suddenly at my roots, and what seems like hairline receding too...What could be happening and what should I do?

I'm still getting my levels adjusted, I didn't realize I was supposed to take the E pills under the tongue so my last blood test my E was at 85 and my T was 111, so I'm technically t-dominant. Should I be worried about like DHT conversion from the prog? Or is it just the spiro flushing out old hairs? I'm so confused.
