What do you mean before the test? also to overdose on estrogen, you would need to take an insane amount. Also, check to see if you take any multi vitamin or any supplement that has biotin in it, that will mess up the test.

Yeah, it's like harder emotionally, and I feel I made it worse for the people around me. I don't really recommend it in retrospect. long half life stuff is nice and is easier to feel more adjusted to the mental side of it i think. Like having such stable E levels, I think, is a secret blessing we get with hrt. weekly doses of een or undecelyate at longer intervals seem better for mental stability.

This is up to you, but over 18 you can "revoke" access from your parents to seeing the medical info, you would still be under their plan and everything its just they cant see the info unless you give them access. Also you can just ask to get your testosterone and or estrogen checked in your yearly physical, unless the doc is actually a bigot and wants to lose their job, again they legally cant say anything to your mom, when you are over 18 assuming your in the USA. And at worst the doc will probably ask why your e is so high but cant do anything other than say you shouldn't be doing whatever you are doing.

If you want to be sure that t is suppressed without labs, you need to dose way higher. I think lena recommends 11mg/week. What you are on right now is the minumum for mono, which is not what you want without having labs to confirm it works.

Probably < 1000. But without tests, you don't know. Some people may be at 500, some at 900. But even levels in the 1000 range aren't that dangerous. If someone responds very poorly, it could be lower than 500. So the point of dosing like this is mostly about making sure the dose works for everyone, which is what you want without labs. I think 8 mg/week is already pretty safe, but lena says 11.

What are pregnant levels? Those go from 1.000 to ~40.000pg/ml. Thrombosis risk rises with levels, going super high could be bad. But we don't really know how bad I think. There are a lot of people who are around ~2000 for years and doing fine. The question is, why go there? The people who are doing this just say they feel better at those levels. But nobody goes much higher. And a lot of people say they hate being at those levels too.
