transmed is the only logical take. there should be a difference between trenders that do nothing vs. people that take it seriously enough to do medical stuff. excluding those would remove a ton of optics nukes from the equation. being trans should be seperate from sexuality based identity like having sex with men or whatever because sexual preference isn't the point
