My t level is 68 even though my e is above 800. I'm on monotherapy, but I recently switched to valerate .3 ml every 5 days, after taking enanthate. I found a guide on pubmed to assessing high testosterone factors in trans women on hrt but it only applies to those taking anti androgens (if you're curious it's here: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8279075/ ). Has anybody experienced something similar?

Endos often prescribed oral instead of injections with the belief that starting on lower levels of E are efficient for breast growth and supressing T is the main goal. Although I agree with the latter, does it really make sense to keep E levels low or is it just honscience? If so, would it be better to just supress T by high dosing on injections, or take AAs and keep E near cissoid range?
