I finally got my fuckass endo to prescribe me progesterone.

He recommended to me that I should both continue taking my CPA and that i should lower my dose of Estrogen (gel) due to my already high levels of Estrogen and Progesterone in my blood. I wanted to get a second opinion on this from someone who knows their shit more than me.

does anyone take something like 2 or 3 mg every 4 days of een? i want to try it because weekly has been terrible.

when doing injections once a week - how long before going in to get the blood drawn should you take your injection? the day before? the week before?

Should I send a support email to OGL? the Sticker/label was completely soaked in oil. I dont feel a crack when running my finger nail at the spot, and i dont know if its just a scratch or it is actually cracked, or some other vial was broken and that is why the label was soaked in oil, and they just shipped in a rush + its annoying to email and ask for a refund because i doubt they are doing reships. This was going to be my "backup" but this is probably a sign to get it actually prescribed.

So uhh after 3 weeks and 4 injections I realized I was using a 10 day dose in 7 days interval because I got it mixed up. symphony can ship from the UK but they are sadly not within the EU anymore although i assume that customs are a little laxer on the UK than other oversees countries but i might be bullshitting.
