Please be civil. Shame is your greatest enemy in fighting urges of self abuse (be it sh, drugs, or just self deprecation). Relapsing into bad and unhealthy habits is to be expected, the goal is to increase the average amount of time it takes between relapses. Any improvement is a victory no matter how small. Your worth and right to get better are non-negotiable. And most importantly:

pay no attention to set expenditure in picrel my ideal is like 3200-3500 a day since my baseline is like 1900

Apart from the GOTT, here are a few things you can do _today_ to make your life a little better. Keep a diary and write down every success. Some you may do as often as you please, but write down each one individually! You deserve it! Do not feel pressured to do all, but feel free to select one or two!

- prepare 1 load of laundry
- do 1 load of laundry
- read one page of a book or manga you have been putting off
- cook yourself a meal, or try learn to make a simple dish
- eat a meal
- pick up items on the floor for 5 minutes
- make your bed
- if you have a bad habit, try making it more inconvenient (putting things in hard to reach places for example)
- do the dishes for 3 minutes
- write down one thing you are grateful for (from abstract things to something like a cute image you saw)
- Clean up 1m^2 of your floor (~40x40 in)
- Open your window for 10-20 minutes
- try to exercise for 5 min (walk outdoors, walking stairs, whatever you wish)
- take out the trash
- drink a glass of water
- put one item of trash in the bin
- reach out to an online contact
(perhaps even try arrange spontaneously meeting up with an IRL contact near you!)
- BONUS: Repeat a goal to hit a milestone (1 book chapter rather than a page, the laundry pile, the floor of one room, etc)

So that's one step closer to a HRT prescription anyway.
Just hit a new low point for weight at 67kg this morning (170cm for ref), currently aiming at 63-64kg before I start bulking and/or making use of pioglitazone and i'll probably cycle 5kg if anyone has experience weight cycling.
Back to running again, didn't run today but got my 16:08 (could have hit 16:00 it just wasn't my original target) 2 mile which is not great but not terrible (old pre-HRT pr is 12:53).
Work is being itself but I kind of feel like I'm getting the hang of things slowly.
FFS quote hasn't come in yet which is a bit annoying since it's been 2 weeks since I had my second consult to confirm all that and I am ofc rushing to get it done.
I keep trying to check the thread but I'm very busy atm and my phone wont let me post ;-; otherwise I'd be making replies.
(also honestly a lot of issues are just beyond my knowledge base).

Honestly, it’s mainly because I fell out of love with the Fallout series and my nerdy loser mind required something to be fixated on. I can honestly and unfortunately say my knowledge on Fallout lore is unmatched. Mass Effect somehow filled the gap because the worldbuilding and lore is near-peer to Fallout. After years of drinking less water than I should (which progressed to drinking no water), I noticed the following:
- Constant aches and muscle pain
- Lots of muscle cramps
- Severe stomach pain and constipation
- Off and on icepick headaches everyday
- Brainfog, dizziness, and fatigue everyday
- Extremely dry and flaky skin
- high bone turnover rate (could also be low vitD, which is another issue)
This is/was totally preventable and I feel like shit all the time. Increasing water intake has already made me feel better. Go drink water.
