anyone know what this chart is supposed to be doing? I don't really get the system

It says it's a "to read" chart at the top so the anon who made it hasn't read any of those books, presumably. I'm guessing it's numbered as a "roll" game (ie. you would have to read Less than Zero by BEE), although the books on the sides are confusing, perhaps if you roll either a 1 or 0 you're supposed to read the two books (ie. if you roll 20 you have to read Fanged Noumena and David Copperfield, an odd combination).
