I don't have charts but I can recommend some places to start

Start with Junky - his most accessible- then Naked Lunch. Make sure you read secondary criticism of Naked Lunch so you get what it's going for-->nova trilogy-->cities of red night trilogy-->revised boy scout Manual
Allen Ginsberg had maybe three or four poems worth reading - Howl, a supermarket in California, blanking on others. For beat poets I'd recommend Ferlinghetti and Diane Di Prima.

Last Exit to Brooklyn is a must too.
