I've only read Sandman and it was pretty average. Didn't make me want to read any of his other stuff especially since it all sounds like it treads similar ground.

I enjoyed it, even though it was Norse mythology through an English lens, and therefore likely skewed in presentation as to make the publisher language more dominant. The stories were pretty fun to read, with some for me new and some for me old sagas.
Nothing interesting to say, characters spend way too much time sitting around dumping exposition. I liked his book Norse Mythology althobeit.
