are there any hard cyberpunk books like pic related?as much as i love neuromancer, its really obvious Gibson has no idea how any technology works, and PKD books are usually too far in the future for my liking.cryptonomicon is the closest i can think of, but its not really a cyberpunk book
>>23818749>i love neuromancerDid you read "Count Zero" and "Mona Lisa Overdrive"?>cryptonomiconNot cyberpunk in the slightest
>>23818749>DaemonI loved the part where that guy recorded himself getting his dick sucked by a girl he stole from another guy at the rave. Great duology.
>>23818749Permutation City (Egan is a popular hard sci fi writer)Neal Stephenson's cyberpunk books might also be good, but I never finished Snow Crash
>>23819198still too speculative for what im talking abouti basically want the book equivalent to mr robot
>>23819322>i basically want the book equivalent to mr robotWhy didn't you lead with that?
>>23819356idk man i just want a cyberpunk book that's actually technologically accurate and not filled with clones robots or psychicsthat was why i mentioned cryptonomicon even though it's not cyberpunk
>>23819367Did you "Daemon" and "Freedom"?
Greg Egan is a mathematician and writes hard sci-fi, never read any of his books though
