How I read a lot :
1- Walk around the aisles in a library
2- Pick a few random books I'm interested in of have heard of
3- Take pictures with my phone of 10 pages or so depending on my curiosity and instinct at that moment
4- Go back to reading those pages later on when I have free time.
This way I don't force myself to read a 800 pages brick that leaves no lasting memory in my mind and only read what I actually like
