Atomic Habits. Key point: change your behavior by changing how you self identify
Psycho-Cybernetics. Key point: your life is mostly determined by your subconscious thoughts and beliefs, so if you change those then your life will change.
Talent Code. Key point: skill can be neurologically measured by amount of myelin in your brain's neural pathways related to that skill, and there's a specific way to build myelin as efficiently as possible.
