I was just recommended this author, G. A. Henty. So I look him up and he's described as "spectacularly racist". Um, why didn't you guys ever recommend him? Have you read any? What is his best work?

I wasn't searching one out. But I was surprised to have never heard of him from here. Boys adventure stories by supreme racist seems like /lit/ would know about that. I guess they aren't high literature though.
