As a certified fencesitter, my least favorite Zaku is the Zaku 4. Least favorite GM is the GM Sniper II.

>>22592564I'm also weirdly in this spot. I feel like it's sacreligious but I'm really not big on GMs like the Sniper II, GM Custom, or GM Quel. They're all elite variants of some kind of a rather robust suit for anyone and yet for all that they do very little. The Quel especially I find egregious, something about it feels so wasted.

>>22591784There are a lot of ugly Zakus from the early art concepts and manga. You'll find a Zaku in every color combination specialized for some stupid task. But my pick has to go to the MS-06FZ Zaku II Kai with the Frtiz helm. I like the normal Zaku Kai, but the Fritz Helm looks like some shit a 16 year old wehraboo would design. (Same with the Geara Zulu.) The "successors" weren't as cool either. (Zaku III, Hizack, Geara Doga, etc.)

It's a weird visual choice and even weirder that it somehow becomes the shorthand name for the faction.

>>22593950NTA but the Sleeves's, uh, sleeves are kinda interesting, they transpose the typical Zeon ostentatiousness that was everywhere from their uniforms, through manors to even ship interiors in Axis's case. It's a curious evolution of their "culture" for lack of a better term and how they try to maintain their identity. Almost a little artificial, which tracks given they're only being kept up by Republic support for political gains at this point. IIRC Full Frontal's faction began being called that by others and then adopted it officially, or at least accepted the moniker.But visually speaking I'm not all over it in most cases.As for Geara Zulu it's probably my most hated design in the entire bloody franchise.

You have this overhyped unit that blows its EN load too quickly and can be easily countered by submerging your units before it goes into MAP range. The last time I played SRW AP and recruited Aina, I shoved her into the HM Zaku II and never looked back at the Apsallus II she comes with.
