Any help would be appreciated. Since 2019, DD contains a very annoying bug that not only corrupts the player data, but that also prevents the player from getting to the title screen to read their own player ID. I'm ashamed to say I got hit by it too, and now I'm trying to decrypt my own player ID from the Unity Analytics file without success. Does anyone think of a way to get around this? For some reason Bamco is not making progress at fixing this issue and many players are left without a way to retrieve their account. According to them, they don't even know what causes it.
>>22593697That's not a bug, you're banned.

>>22594030You're not only banned, you're ban-died.
>>22594030Wow, How can someone get banned in an SRW game?
>>22594076Cheating or hacks
>>22594034If only, man. I've been back and forth with their support and it's a frustrating thing as they want information you can only get while being actually logged in. The only thing they did was make a public post about this bug on their twitter page, which had replies from other users with the same problem. After spending 2 months going in circles about it I don't know what else to do.
>>22594076A lot of gacha games ban foreigners because they don't (most of the time can't because of regional stores and payment options) pay for the gacha but take up server space

>>22594353Except that this has affected hundreds of Japanese players and the company has officially announced it as a bug. They've been saying since 2019 that they apologize and will provide updates as they address it but haven't seen one person say they managed to retrieve their account safely.
