I really like model kit box art, and especially older ones. I guess people don't really have much nostalgia for them in the west, and these early kits were pretty primitive and cheap, but I still like looking at them and comparing them across eras and across different series.
The boarder for Zeta kits and onward become too wide for my taste. I know they're children's toys, but it just feels TOO toyish

I really like fanart parodies of model kits, I like imaging kits for franchises that don't have any. This one is of Cthulhu as a girl and Lovecraft monsters have that kaiju appeal, also clearly parodying early gunpla kits with that sticker
For me it's the old Dunbine kit covers, especially with Cham Fau on the logo

The Zaku's green pops really well with the red Yuji Kaida uses. Also the colony being visible in all of the box art is a great touch too.

I love the AWoT 00 hg boxes, the pure white background really makes them stand out and fit together as a series. Zabanya in particular is cool because of how the beam blasts are layered the text, gives it a sense of depth
