So I just finished watching Mazinger-Z, and was floored by how the final episode might as well have been the first episode for Great Mazinger.5 episodes in and I'm not really enjoying Great Mazinger as much as Mazinger-Z. The music blows, the new cast just isn't that memorable (thank fuck Boss is still around, but Nuke's new voice actor is horrid) and something about Great Mazinger itself just feels lame comapared to the original Mazinger. I still intend to watch it through, but we're not off to a great start.Not sure if I want to watch Grendizer afterwards or just go straight to Mazinger Infinity since the former might as well have been booted out of continuity.
