/m/echa slide thread
>>22835870>not even a webmSOMEBODY BAN THIS VOTOMS FAG ALREADY!
>>22835870
Super spicy hot take: Code Geass was better before Knightmare Frames began flying.
>>22841688
>>22838690>>22841573This kills Beast Machines' Rattap
>>22841688That's one of the most common things brought up whenever Code Geass Is seriously talked about.
>>22835870What the fuck is a slide thread? Stop making up stupid new terms
>>22844758It's exactly what it sounds like.
>>22841688Counterpoint
>>22844758>stupid new termsHow new?
>>22844758'Sliding' is as old as the slang term 'flooding' which is when you spam so much that the entire board is nothing but spam and newer spam which causes every thread to drop in the bump order until there is nothing but spam. Get it? Sliding down from a flood?
>>22845076Makes sense, thanks for the explanation. /m/ is the only board I've ever seen this mentioned, which is ironic because it's also by far the slowest board I use.
>>22844758You said the quiet part loud man.
>>22845149>/m/ is the only board I've ever seen this mentionedGo back predditor.
>>22841688This is a very common opinion. That being said, I did enjoy seeing tech improve over the show and seeing Knightmares go from being mobile tanks to being what you would normally expect from a mech.
>>22835872if you are reffering to the guy saying that women dislike mecha (me) i didnt made this thread, i learned my lesson
>>22845262Yeah, lots of women watch Gundam, Eva, Pacific Rim, Code Geass, etc. Turns out having hot pilot chicks in your show (as opposed to muttoid trannies) makes it easier for women to self-project onto, who woulda thunk? If Blackrock got that memo instead of doubling down on their DEI nonsense, they'd be rolling in dough by now, not actively losing trillions by the day on all of their investments.
>>22848402Can I kick him? Seems pretty easy to take this guy down if a war against the /m/achines starts.
>>22848563Depends on the model. You are just seeing a balance demonstration of an older model when they can already pull off acrobatic stunts far better then you or eye can on slippery surfaces.
>>22848563I think that model was capable of self-correcting if it landed on its back. So you'd have to get it on its side. Though when J-Day happens, it does have easily exploitable video game weakspots on its back.
>>22845288now that you mention it, my brother's girlfriend made him go watch the second pacific rim movie and she had an eva keychain.
>>22849283There is no sequel, your brother was lied to, as expected of an Evafag. But in all seriousness though, I feel sorry that your brother had to sit through that abomination of a movie, such a complete disgrace to the first.
>>22844949Counter counterpoint: I think Gawain was way cooler as a one-off built on experimental tech that couldn't be piloted effectively solo. The extreme tech advancement between season 1 and 2 was hard whiplash. Look at how little things changed, outside of specialist single units, between the time when Lelouch's mom was considered and ace pilot and the start of the series. Everything was still built on roller tech. The Knights of the Round all having specialist flying mechs immediately and being extremely competent at using them was a shark jump.
