Besides the best Female pilot in the game is Mitsuba the battleship captain, followed mostly by anyone with Resolve or Zeal for extra term spam. If your counting Sub Pilots Sara Yuki of Dancogar and Chizuru Nambara of Combattler are the clear runner ups to the battleship captain being the Resolve user in a busted multi man unit.
