Loved 0079 but this ain't it
>>22944712I feel like it misses some of the magic of MSG. MSG was the transition point between Super Robo and Real Robo. So it had this military plotline, but had “Enemy Ace of the Week” (well, more like of the next few weeks), each pulling out a new, unique mobile suit. Zeta has a more realistic plot, with characters sticking around longer and getting killed off in realistic ways, but there’s less of an adventurous feel. They also repeat a lot of the locales of MSG, so things feel less special.
