Why did they make so many Zeon amphibious suits? Feels like every time you look there's a new MS with a name that's some variation of "Z'gok", "Acguy", "Gogg", or a combination of the 3

Is the Z'Gok E the biggest improvement in terms of a mobile suit redesign?The Z'Gok went from a pretty standard aquatic mobile suit to one of my all-time favorite mechas with the Z'Gok E.
