Am I the only one who doesn't like Vram? I already didn't like how he first appeared, how he is a 3rd Rider, and his Personality is boring, I don't like it. A Laid Back character who doesn't want to input real effort on things but is actually badass is not bad per say, I've seen it before done entertaining. But Vram? Eh... I can tell they want me to think he's Cool and Mysterious but is not working for me at all.

The speculation is that he's a secret agent who is really on the hero's side, but he doesn't seem to care about hurting innocents or killing the other riders, so he could be after something (or someone) else. But it's true the personality he was given, regardless of whether it's a facade or not, is kinda dull. He's just...a bored dude. His dialogue is pretty generic, and his introduction to this episode is cut short. I also don't think it helps his "cool factor" that he's so clearly a tool by Stomach Inc and Nyelv, rather than showing any agency of his own. In another timeline he could have been replaced by a mindless servant and most of his latest appearances would have played about the same. They still have a lot of episodes to flesh him out so lets see where he goes from here. I'd love it if he's a smartass that plays both sides cleverly.
