Iron Kong, baby. I want more mecha with gorilla designs, there's fun things you can do with giant bulky arms and being able to go from quadruped to biped just by standing up.
Genesis, because its the only one that got the feel of CC rightAlmost all my favorite zoid were from fuzors. But lord gale was really cool, Too bad it was such a jobber.Honestly zoid should really just make a full fledged rpg game like monster hunter stories.

Wild sucked and Wild Zero was fun and a return to form in terms of story and themes, but I hate the smaller size of the Zoids and open-air cockpits, so I hope the franchise goes back to the original design philosophy.

I just finished rewatching it, and I'm about to start on NC. The 'fightan game' aspect doesn't really do anything for me, but I'll still give it a shot.>Favourite Zoid?As for favourite Zoid, it would probably have to be the humble Redler. Dragons are fucking awesome. It's a shame we never get to see it fight on land. With its body shape it looks like it would be perfectly capable of it. Close second would be the Dark Spiner. I also liked how the Zoids were treated more like manufactured machines than they were in CC, even though they still have cores with sentience & personalities. I also think Zoid combat as a competition is a smooth and plot-friendly way to show different Zoids in action and power-scale them appropriately.Being the dumb nerd that I am, I would be a day 1 backer for a Zoids tabletop skirmish game with miniatures in the efficient fast-paced style of Halo Flashpoint or X-Wing
