Is just cause it doesn't have the original cast? I enjoyed it more than part 2 which I found pretty inconsistent both in the writing and visuals but I still like part 1 the best. However a lot of the things I see about part 3 are it's an awful anime and all that when pretty enjoyable OVA for what it is also they say animation bad when there's literally only one shot that looks bad the rest of it looks mostly fine or really good and the animations actually more consistent than part 2 I think part 2 really rough in places,I don't understand the hate honestly like maybe was cash grab but it's a fine anime like one YouTuber video on Megazone just like part 3 bad here one scene of bad animation and that's it. I also really like that in-between 80's to 90's art style it has. I guess this is a hot take to have but part 1 > 3 > 2.
