In fact my biggest gripes with the show were things that remained even after the writer change like Mustuki being unlikeable or Tachibana not being allowed to fight alongside due to conveluted reasons. 555's misunderstandings were frustrating at times but the cast and philosophies managed to stay mostly consistent, also a lot of the motw are really memorable. W's problem with me is only the final arc with the whole foundation X ass pull and the shitty ending but even then it didn't ruin any characters for me. Fourze's cast definitely felt less useful in the second half but they still remained likeable for me. Wizard's cast shucked outside the two riders which is why I consider Phase 2 worse than Phase 1 at that point.
