Opinion on this game and it's designs? they did a beta last month and are doing playtest later with a release this year, it's developed by the World of Tanks guys, it's a PvPvE shooter.There's all the mecha design here : https://steelhunters.com/en/hunters.it looks a little like Bayformers in it's designs.Launching in 2025 makes it a direct rival to Mecha BREAK, which also is a F2P game, though this one is only PVP.

I'm not asking for full armored core and I like the class-based titans, but pilot customization was stinky and it would be highly refreshing for a fun multiplayer shooter with cool character creation to be leaving its dev cycle right now. Also let me customize my mechs ai.It's an also an obvious move to make a larger scale, battlefield type mode. Maybe not worth the resources, but a larger map with a mech command system, and some kind of faster travel form like overed boosting just to cross between areas without stomping there. You've already got the AI, throw in more of them and give them something to do other than feed your meter.Maybe I just wanna do a execution move on a tank, really.But yeah apex made a gajillion dollars from a community I do not understand so not likely.
