Only worth it in extremely niche applications.P Defeat is fairly cheap ~80 PP and most maps usually have enough mooks that these characters can passively reach morale cap by the end. Reimu/Marisa tend to defeat a lot of bosses over the course of a given run, so there's nothing wrong with teaching this to them early on even if you don't intend on keeping it long term.Morale is strong in FMW because maps tend to last long enough for it to consistently generate 15+ Morale. Additionally, late game makes you fight bootleg Jigenjuu, which do keep their morale reduction effects, so this will prevent you from getting screwed over and needing to constantly cast Rally or whatever. The biggest demerit compared to Defeat is the cost.P Hit/Damage/Evade mostly exist to accentuate strengths with particular morale gain types or to fill in holes. However, they're too expensive for what they actually do, so its not worth running them unless the character has it innately. I will say that Hit/Damage do have their niche applications with Support Attackers/Defenders respectively. Amusingly they're technically better vs the Not Jigenjuu compared to Defeat but that doesn't make up for them being worse practically everywhere else.
On a side note, how do you report bugs to the FMW devs? There are graphic glitches for some attacks and proto-malice cannon has the sfx desynced from the animation.
