I really like how they are still sticking with the "stuff that happens in dreams doesn't need to make sense" like the monster changing the fight locations at will or how Nem switched from an EMS outfit to a greengrocer outfit in a second.

I don't care for the main case at all, and I suspect the reason for the Nightmare might be that the old chef caught an illness and is worried he won't be able to keep the restaurant afloat for much longer since he's the only one who seemingly knows how to make the Royale Sauce correctly, but Takahashi could always throw us a curveball or two and reveal that the chef secretly hates the foreign country because he caught notCOVID on a trip there or something wacky like that. We also got a little bit of PSB drama and Nasuka acting like more than just a nagging bitch, which is nice. The prospect of Nox doing more than just spouting cryptic bullshit next week has me a little more excited than usual. Also I haven't seen anyone else talk about this, but it looks like Nox keeps giving hints to Baku during their conversations to help him save the day, which fuels the theory that he's secretly good and possibly a double agent, though it could also be that he's just nurturing his powers' growth to enact his big evil plan since Baku unlocking Zeztz's major forms clearly benefits him in some way. And maybe not just the 4 basic ones, since he told Baku he'll remember his original nightmare soon, and Inazuma Plasma seems to be tied to an incident from his past.

It's been 8 episodes and I'm just not feeling it, guys.Gavv had me since Ep. 1, but this one's been kind of a confusing, badly written mess. "It's supposed to be confusing because dreams!" is a cope, regardless of reasoning it doesn't make for good entertainment. I barely know or care about the supporting cast at this point, nor the villain (all he does is show up for a few secs every episode and spout cryptic bullshit). I think this one might be a miss. At least the suit is cool? Though it kinda sucks alt forms are just alt colors with diff accesories.
