Otherwise it looks crisp and handsome as far as my untrained eye can tell. The shield just looks like you need a little more practice masking but past that I think it looks great. I'd put it on a shelf. You know what they say, practice makes pefect and I think you're well on your way. Look for tips and advice, try things a little differently, practice practice. You'll be there in no time.

If something breaks you can fix it with putty and then paint over that, if you fuck up your paintjob you can strip it and repaint it, if you make a mess while detailing you don't have to worry about enamel thinner making anything brittle. If you're an anxious type like me it makes the whole process much more fun cause you get to fuck with it without fear.

Opinion: Do you think the Throne Gundams from 00 need to get upgraded into Master Grades or stick to Full Mechanics? All five are cut from the same cloth with minor differences in the head and back, and if anyone's asking, the numbered Thrones (Eins, Zwei, Drei, Vier) all will be P-Bandai while the Arche Gundam has to be retail just to get one version of said mold out on retail.

Also a very good chance they'll be remade by your typical gunpla waterslide providers, anyway.

Anyone here who has experience with Motor Nuclear kits? I recently read the manhua and wanted one of the kits. Gan Jiang is my favorite but I hate that golden mech that the MC seems to like very much (Douyanzhou).
So, just finished snapping my first Hexa Gear. That was interesting. I was going to panel line, slap decals on, and call it good but panel lining seems limited and there just are no stickers or decals. It feels like it's missing something past a pilot and a builder that didn't get lazy at de-nubbing dark colored plastic parts. I dunno. What else could it use? Should I make it the ultimate sacrifice and use it for my first attempt at adding weathering? I was thinking of buying a sheet of decals but none call to me in a way that I think would enhance the model. I feel like it needs something else but I'm not sure what. Maybe a little panel lining is all it needs.
