Doraemon is a different case as they refuse to adapt to that extent. You never see anyone in the show use a smartphone, or even the internet. Because of this, Doraemon is likely the most difficult to write, as it gets harder and harder to attract a new generation when the series itself is stuck in the 20th century. I heard they've also stopped printing new manga recently.
