>>23820629>AEUG Commander: G-Granada was completely crushed...its all over...! >Roux: Kayra...>AEUG Officer: If the Titans attack us now, all of us will be slaughtered! For gods sake, they flayed Von Braun! We are next!>AEUG Commander: Be silent! What good will it do to demoralize the others->AEUG Officer: I did not sign up to die for these Zeons! What the hell is even left of the Federation?! Nothing! There is no way we are going to throw our lives away in the name of->Roux: All those dots lighting up aren't friendly, are they?>AEUG Commander: My god...!Nearly a hundred unknown I.F.F signals flash across the screen. While usually able to hide her concerns, Roux's legs shiver at the prospect of losing her life in such a hopeless battle. >AEUG Commander: S-scramble all Mobile Suits! Defend the Colonies at any cost->AEUG Officer: Can't you see?! It is over! We've already lost!>Roux: What, would you rather we just lie down and throw ourselves at the Titans feet? I'll take down as many of those creeps as I can before they can get their hands on me!>AEUG Officer: You stupid girl! If we just run now, we won't need to throw our lives away on->Exaggerated voice?: To proud citizens of Side 3, and to the survivors of the AEUG movement, we have finally returned! The Federation currs and their rabid Titans shall never again set foot on our national clay! Taking point ahead of the approaching army of Mobile Suits, a red Action Zaku raises it beam saber upwards. >AEUG Officer: Ha...haha! Reinforcements? They actually came for->Roux: What was that about not "not signing up to die for these Zeons"? >AEUG Officer: Oh, be quiet! If these guys actually intend to save us, then...man, I have no problem with Zeon! Two months I spent in their POW camp in Darwin were some of the best months of my life!>AEUG Commander: Spineless cretin!>Roux: A red Zaku? Who does this guy think he is? Char->Exaggerated voice?: I, Char Aznable, have returned!!
>>23820834Anyone want to bet that's "Glemmy" in the mobile suit?
>>23820834>Immediately kowtowing to the zeeks at the first chance they getRemember, TOTAL AEUG DEATH
>>23820834Broadcasting himself to the people of Side 3 and the AEUG's force openly, the pilot of the red Action Zaku reveals himself as "Char Aznable", the Red Comet of Zeon. Looking at the masked pilot, all Roux can bring herself to say is...>Roux: What a dork. [EPISODE 19: CROSSROAD]
>>23820855Another red soul patch, I wonder if there's going to be a greater meaning behind those.
>>23820859A marker for Axis cyber-enhancements or cloning perhaps? Or maybe plastic surgery. 'Char' here sounds like Gato.
>>23820929Yeah, but it's clearly not Gato, they're blonde and being called out as a dork by Roux its clearly Glemmy in that mask. I think Cyber Enhancements is certainly a safe bet but it could just be weird space fashion it's just a weird fucking spot to see a scar unless Axis is giving everyone iron jaws. Personally, I'm thinking it might be some kind of brand to represent a specific class on Axis like all newtypes need to have this clear visible mark denoting them as newtypes.
>>23820855[U.C 0088, February 26th]Granada has fallen. The AEUG's remaining forces are battered and scattered. Had it been any other day, it would have signaled the end of a long and harsh Civil War between the Federation...and yet, what the Black Devil squadron found themselves faced with in the aftermath of the battle had them unable to immediately act. >Haman: Queen Mineva has extended an invitation. As the strongest amongst the Newtypes here, you may choose bring one other with you to face her judgement. >Kamille: Judgement...?>Haman: Oh, you will be found worthy. More than worthy...but I do wonder who you will bring as your company. Now then->Hizack pilot: General Messa!! A beam fires upon the shadowy Mobile Suit, with it passing directly through it harmlessly.>Hizack pilot: W-what?! That was a direct hit-Instantaneously, the Hizacks cockpit is atomized. Moving at near blinding speed, the Mobile Suit sized shadow warps behind the Zeta Gundam, its hand phasing through the Zeta's chest.>Haman: Do make your choice, boy. I can barely contain myself for much longer, given all of these...irritants in your ranks. >Jerid: You...bitch! How dare->Haman: If you decline her invitation, then our discussion will end here. You will simply be...unworthy. Now...do be so kind and give your answer. >Kamille:...And if I don't? >Haman: Then I would have to make my own decision. If you would prefer that I decide for you, then please...say nothing. Silence is the purest form of consent...>Will Kamille accept Axis's invitation to negotiate? https://strawpoll.com/ajnE1r75xnW
>>23820975So Haman said >(You have done enough, rabid Newtype. I have use for your fangs...so don't force me to rip them from your jaws.)I think the safest option here is to do nothing we've got a G-Gundam character here holding our balls here who wants us to follow her and NOT Axis otherwise she would have used a we. Or at least that's how I see it so I'm thinking do nothing and let her judge us instead of going into the hellscape that Axis is in every single run and hopefully get a mole inside Axis who wants to work with us. Or I might just be crazy here and reading too much into things, really this situation is fucked and any option that isn't fight this physics breaking monster in from of us right now is the best option.
>>23820975Thinking either Sarah or Four. We need to leave Jerid behind as a second-in-command, and he can rally the men in a way nobody else can in our absence. Remember, Scirocco is on his way to Granada - we need to have a leader in place that can fend him off if necessary.Fa and Leila would both just be terrified and fall apart as soon as Zeon start prodding them, I think.
>>23821039Four is NOT a safe option she's a very spontaneous person if we go to Axis with her she's fucking dying there because she's going to encounter something that sets off all her alarms and calls for her immediate action. Sarah's going to have huge problems is Scirocco shows up at Axis while we're there. I don't think anyone's safe to go to Axis with they're doing weird things to their Newtypes there and everyone in our group's a Newtype and only Kamille has extra lives to risk everyone else only has one.
>>23821046Obviously nobody is "safe". I'm playing the odds.Sarah is more stable, Four has our back more. I'm leaning towards Sarah personally. Saying we will take nobody, or letting Haman choose, is even more dangerous than picking one of these relatively safe bets. If Haman forcibly takes Jerid, who the fuck will be in charge here?
>>23821053That's not what Haman is saying, she's saying that she will judge us here instead of having the queen judge us at Axis if we refuse to go to Axis. We also already know Haman seems to have a high opinion of Kamille specifically and sees us as worthy already so if she judges us here she'll find all things good then return to Axis alone. >>23820989Or at least that's what I'm seeing from my readings here. If you see a problem with that, please pick at it this is a very dangerous choice. The most important thing is Haman is saying that Kamille and just Kamille is safe with the bets being off for any companion.
>>23821058Haman is obviously implying that we would do best to actually pick someone and not disappoint Mineva.>Haman: If you decline her invitation, then our discussion will end here. You will simply be...unworthy.For god's sake, pick someone, and I seriously advise against picking Jerid.
>>23820975I really have no idea what to do in this situation, but as far as I'm concerned, I definitely don't want anything to do with Axis. The less we play nice with that bunch of SOMA-addicted lunatics and Cybernewtypes who've lost their real personalities, the better. What could we stand to lose if we attack Haman directly? It’s the riskiest possible move, and our characters don’t even know what a Funnel is. Still, it's much better than the other approach, letting the Vizier make the first move.
>>23820975I have no fucking clue on what to do here anons, everything's fucked.
>>23821067>What could we stand to lose if we attack Haman directly? Haman deletes the Zeta Gundam cockpit and rips out Kamille's newtype spirit to fly off to Axis with it leaving Kamille as a fucked up normal person with no Newtype powers.
>>23821069We have a life count system; Kamille can’t die because he’s the main character, but someone or everybody else could die while battling Haman, and the Zeta Gundam being destroyed. We’re in a pickle, so we’d better think about who to bring along for the trial of Scirocco. I’m leaning toward Sarah, but I haven’t heard much about the potential of the other options besides Four and Sarah.
>>23820975>JeridLol>SarahProbably the most rational of our group, and the one that is the most in tune with NT bullshit alongside Kamille himself. The real issue of this is Scirocco trying to turn her against, but that seems less likely after Von Braun>FaI legit have no clue, but it's probably not a good idea since our relationship with Fa is in the shitter. Worst case scenario is she dumps us for Axis.>FourThe worst option alongside Jerid. She is too impulsive and seems to have a natural ability to start shit with other newtypes. It will be a shitshow.>LeilaProbably not a good idea. After we exorcised her, she probably won't be keen to meet the cultist wackos of Axis. At least wouldn't end up with us picking a fight like Four would, at least?>AloneShow off our big brass balls to Mineva and Haman, then probably get strongarmed into allying with Axis.>let Haman decideProbably lose relationship with our team, start on an okay foot with Haman but let's be honest, we aren't getting out of fighting Axis, so it's pointless beyond waifu simping.>Fight HamanSuicide button.Overall, I'd pick Sarah but this is probably the harshest choice we've had and I don't see any option letting us start on the right foot to fight Axis.
>>23821088>probably not a good idea since our relationship with Fa is in the shitter.damn wtf happened since last i was here? last time she wanted to go out with him and Jerrid to help him.
>>23821098Leila got a factory reset to crying toddler againFa has bonded with her and basically assumed we must have been abusing herAlso she hated that we told the doctors to fuck off and performed surgery on Jerid ourselvesWe've recovered a bit since then, Fa is at least taking orders from us properly and did her job fine in the last battle, but it's still not a great relationship.
>>23821111> basically assumed we must have been abusing her???why would she automatically go to that? ...did we? i forget. things went off the rails faster than usual with this run.
>>23821088I just don't think Four is that bad or irrational. She wouldn't want to fight Mineva, for example. She is more used to feeling what other Newtypes are feeling and thinking than any of the other options. What happened with Sydle was a serious blunder on her part, but it's not like she's been stupid for the whole run. Her noble warrior schtick if anything could make Axis respect us more, it's filled with people like that.Anyway Sarah and Four are my top 2, and I have no problems with either winning, this is sadly a blind jump so it's not like we can say for sure what's the best choice. For all we know we are going to be thrown in a gladiatorial arena to fight to the death with whoever we choose, it's the wild fucking west over at Axis.Just pick what your gut says, everyone.
>>23820975We should go with Haman and pick someone. Refusing and attacking Haman is suicide since we'll just end up dead due to her newtype fuckery. Letting Haman decide will set a precedent for future scenes that Kamille is demoralized under the sway of Haman's powers making things harder later. So who should we take? Its more or less impossible to know for sure what we'll find on Axis but we can work out who is good to take based on several criteria.>Resistant to newtype fuckeryWhen Haman appeared, Kamille's fatigue increased by 25 points, Jerid's fatigue increased by 5 and Sarah's fatigue increased by 10. The stronger a newtype the worse they are here it seems. I'm assuming a character's willpower would also help resist as long as their newtype capabilities are not drastically stronger than their willpower. So from best to worse it'd be Jerid (canonically a weak newtype whose strong willed to resist) > Fa (average willed weak newtype) > Sarah (average willed average newtype) = Four (strong willed strong newtype)>Leila (weak will average newtype)>Kamille (strong will but extremely strong newtype).>Can assist Kamille in escapingBasically whatever skills they have that'd be relevant. imo it'd be Jerid (best bar none, proved himself as an Ayers City guerrilla) > Sarah (this is Zeta Define Sarah and she did great when stealing the Zeta) > Four (Martial arts master who knows the vulcan pinch but she's emotional) > Leila (Presumably had non-ms military training) > Fa (basically a damsel outside a mobile suit)>Good relationship so they wouldn't betray KamilleNot an issue for most. The only ones in question are Fa and Leila but Fa wouldn't betray Jerid and Leila did choose to fight in Granada despite her misgivings.>Overall rankingSarah>Four>Leila=Fa>Alone>JeridSarah overall is the best option beating out Four due to her Zeta Define background. Jerid is best but he has to stay to guard against Scirocco. Alone is just hard mode without party members.
>>23820975Fighting is out of the question, obviously. Her hand is already around the cockpitLetting Haman decide could set a bad precedent, but there's a slim chance it doesn't end badly for usHaving Jerid come with us is a nonstarter unless we just intend the two to waltz up and aura farm, which would leave the rest of the fleet pretty defenselessI probably wouldn't wanna take Leila to an asteroid full of cyber-newtype Zeon freaks. Trauma and potential for relapse and all thatFour would also almost certainly try starting a fight, so she's outFa... doesn't seem like she's been affected much by the newtype fuckery, but she's still not terribly capable, and who knows what psychical horrors await herThat only really leaves Sarah, who gets on well with Kamille, and has already done something similar with him.Really I just need to know where and how Scirocco will be coming into this, because I want as many cool heads as possible to be receiving him and not just firing on him immediately
>>23820975Tuffle Haman is being surprisingly diplomatic. I wonder what has Scirocco so spooked though that he would try to keep them from meeting.
>>23820834>Two months I spent in their POW camp in Darwin were some of the best months of my life! What the hell did they do in Darwin camp? Bask came out as a monster.>>23821423Unironically would have considered Sydle for this.
>>23821423There's a good chance Scirocco will turn up at Granada, learn Haman beat him there, and turn around again to go straight for Axis. His stated goal for coming here was to stop us meeting Haman, and that's already a wash.
Initially i would've voted to go with Jerid, I don't care if he gets Rorschach'd, he can deal with it. Guys together until the end and all.But that's true, we also need someone reliable (lmao) on the ship. Sarah proved herself capable to operate under stressful situations and it's best she doesn't see Scirocco immediately again... that leaves Jerid to give him a sitrep.. or just shoot him, Four would also be on the ship and she doesn't like him at all. Oh well.
>>23820975This is a though oneI'm thinking Sarah(level headed with proper training)>>> Haman choice(let fate take the wheel)>>>>>>>> Everyone else >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> try to fight haman when her hand is already up Kamille's ass.
>>23821788One thing i would've considered is that she wasn't picked by anyone's radar, and this shadowy figure thing is something she can do in at least one vidya, so all of this was just some nt illusion fuckery to intimidate....then she atomized that poor hizack pilot.
>>23820975I voted to attack the shadow thing, Kamille is stronk, the newtype fuckery is something he can meet with his own. Haman is bad news and there is no good reason to negotiate with her or try to listen here. We've got 3 lives and there's no reason not to try and stand up to this horseshit. He was willing to do it against the psycho gundam ghosts, he can do it here. Otherwise, I'd say bring Four, she's not retarded and gets the heebyjeebies when things are bad.
>>23821822Look dude, that thing is clearly not like a normal Qubeley whatever the fuck it is. Copy made a big show of having one of our grunts eat shit after a direct hit with a beam rifle. It didn't even get dispersed like an I-Field. The closest I can think of that isn't just supernatural is that trick the F91 pulls at the end of the movie where it's making afterimages, but you have to at least be fucking moving for that to make sense.I actually kind of like the logic that we can afford to use a life to experiment on a high risk option at some point, it's just that this looks like throwing a life away, not merely high risk.
>>23821835Could it be a funnel projecting a hologram of the Qubeley? A funnel would be small enough to avoid detection.
>>23821835and in canon Kamille can make a magic pink barrier to kill and or deflect whatever. If copy is willing to throw fuckin magic shit at us as a deus ex machina to force a choice, I say take it as a shit test and see if Kamille has his magic on too
>>23821869We broke the Biosensor in the Zeta when we got it we're not doing any magic shit with it unless we get it fixed/replaced.
I voted to take Jerrid with us. He's bullheaded enough to hopefully not get newtype-brainwashed like the rest of our crew and if we have to fight out way out he'll come in handy
>>23821849Even that would be a major problem, because it would suggest Haman can, if needed, turn off the holograms and just crush us one by one from wherever the fuck she is.There's no getting around the fact we are at a major disadvantage here.
Just realized. But this Vizier here is probably the reason why Scirocco was so dead set on getting the Biosensor for himself. The only way to counter newtype bullshit is even more newtype bullshit. I imagine those psycho ghosts would've been pretty useful now.
>>23821902Then maybe Scirocco should have dismissed our concerns as he did and instead said that he was aware of them, but it was a risk he needed to take for the future or crap like that. If Scirocco didn't say we were overreacting but instead talked about how it was a needed risk, I'd have considered listening it his side.
>>23821902Yeah we fucked up hard not going for the biosensor. The war against Axis is going to be an absolute nightmare without a biosensor and when we do get one we're going to have to deal with the angry newtype ghosts again but harder since we snubbed them the first time.
>>23822098I don't care who the angry newtype ghosts send, I'm NOT going back to the labs
>>23820975Sarah won the vote. She's going on a date with Kamille to Axis. Sorry everyone else. At least Sarah and Kamille should be able to handle whatever horrors are at Axis, given their mental fortitude from experiencing shit like psychic ghosts and Scirocco revealing who he truly is.This might mean Scirocco chases after the Vizier to Axis though. Since the only two people he cares about in some way are there. Whether it be to deal with us himself or try and save us.
>>23822098If anything, Scirocco did come up with a biosensor of his own at the end of Zeta, getting his hands on a functioning one and modyfing/replicating it would've been ideal, for him that is, but my point is not all hope is lost.Just kidding, it's over
>>23820975Searching his thoughts, Kamille's mind gravitates to the one person he feels he can truly trust with being trust into the belly of the unknown. That person is->Sarah: A-aah!! Having closed the distance to Sarah's Byarlant in an instant, the black shadow floats before her Mobile Suit, with it leaning forward to peer into Sarah's cockpit. Feeling herself being enveloped by the shadow's touch, Sarah grabs for her control stick, only to completely lock up from Haman's pressuring influence.>Haman: Hehehe...my, my. Just what will happen when you lose control over those fragile emotions? >Sarah: S-stop it...! Get out of my->Haman: Inaction is a choice, little Newtype. Act, before you become little more than an inconvenient stepping stone. As the large shadow yet again shifts its position at a blind speed, Kamille catches a glimpse of something at the center of the dark miasma.>Haman: "Kamille Bidan", was it?>Kamille: How do you know my name? >Haman: Unrequited desires can manifest into the purest form of scorn. Consider that while your guest watches you in your sleep. >Kamille: W-what...?! >Haman: A shuttle will be arriving soon. It will take you both to accept our Queen's invitation. Once you have received her judgement, then we can truly speak. Until then...bask in this victory. It is but a small step for the salvation of humanity. Acceding away from the Moon's pull, the shadow being manipulated by Haman vanishes into the blackness of space. >Kamille: Sarah?! What did she do to you?! Are you hurt?! Are you->Sarah: You...chose me? >Kamille: I...did. I didn't mean for her to use that to target you->Sarah: I will not let you down...ever. >Kamille: Let me down? Sarah, why would->Sarah: Ever. Ever. Never...ever! Whatever happens, I will never, never, NEVER disappoint you! As Kamille moves his Zeta to hold onto Sarah's Mobile Suit, Jerid begins to wildly fire into space.>Jerid: You AEUG bitch! You were the one screwing with my head!!
>>23822237>Haman: Unrequited desires can manifest into the purest form of scorn. Consider that while your guest watches you in your sleep.>Sarah: Ever. Ever. Never...ever! Whatever happens, I will never, never, NEVER disappoint you! Just Sarah.Maybe we should have picked Fa.
>>23820975Aw shit, this was the SMT4A goddess choice wasn't it?
>>23822237Sarah...
>>23822237Toxic relationships are fine by me.Now, is this the end of our little harem run?
>>23822270The harem run ended when Leila's original personality came back after her coma. It is pretty funny that the Alexandria's main force is filled with women plus Jerid and Drake though.
>>23822246>Maybe we should have picked Fa.I chose Jerid, but I think Leila would be better for this. Now that Sarah is infected by whatever Haman just did, she is most likely going to be a lovestruck dork at best or a yandere at worst, in any case, it's best Kamile keeps her at arm length just in case if Haman still can pry into her mind again. This Sarah might be Leila 2.0, Kamile need to exorcise her just as he did with Leila. If Kamile still can changes his option, who should he brings?>>23822270>Now, is this the end of our little harem run?I think not.Seeing that Sarah want to be embraces by both Kamile and Scirocco at the same time, I think she will be ok with being in his harem.
>>23822237Jerid going all dj spit will never not be funny>>23822272Not many guys around in the nt labs lately, except for Gates. Wonder what he's up to
>>23822278There's not a lot of male cybers in general desu. Even including sidestories, the only ones that jump to mind are Gates, Mashymre, Gyunei, Iron Mask (he's a cyber right), Chronicle (maybe?) and that one Neo Zeon kid in Werewolf.
>>23822237>Choose Sarah because I thought she'd be the least likely person to chimp the fuck out at Axis>She turns into Leila 2.0I may have chosen wrong, bros
>>23822237Haman wants us bros we can fix her
>>23822289>I may have chosen wrong, brosNot really, it's just Copy way of /m/achinations to get us to be careful with our votes and given we were prepared to dump Sydle previously, suffice to say we gotten complacent. That said, I suggest we get Fa and Leila more involve from now on, instead of depending on Sarah and Four most of the time as they can carry their own weight. Also, Kamile need to resolve whatever issues with Jerid peacefully and end it on a good note. All that aside, just an idea.what you anons think of Copy X doing a (very) short chapter(from a /m/SV OC(preferably voters choice, ofc) POV) for Brightverse after this and Siegaxe (Gquuux/Ral) Campaign, seeing that we tend to overthink things through nowadays, I want try voting without using my brain for once.
>>23822237Fuck. Please Copy, don't turn Sarah into Leila 2.0, pwease!
It's too soon to say we chose wrong, Sarah is just feeling emotional since she feels like we chose her for real after Scirocco just played with her emotions for so long. Wait and see how she does at Axis.Suffice to say, I don't think Leila or Fa would have reacted well to Haman's newtype mindrape either, and we have separate reasons for not picking Four or Jerid. I'm basically certain that going alone, fighting, or letting Haman pick were trap options. The best thing we can do right now is leave behind some clear instructions for our team while we are gone. Jerid is always basically just going to do whatever he wants, but he's not immune to being influenced at least. We need to get it through their skulls that this war isn't over, Axis is a much bigger threat than AEUG, and they need to start building up Granada's defences ASAP. Maybe try to at least send someone to Von Braun and get a better picture of how bad things are on the ground there. If we're making our stand on the moon, we need the whole moon with us.
>>23822427Let us think what to do next when Kamile and Sarah enter Axis.I suggest we are not form an alliance with the Axis Zeon and stick to anti Zeonism stance, that way, Kamile could get some law aligned aces and maybe Judau and his crew.
>>23822453We've got to kiss the ring while we're in Axis, the problem is if Haman can do some spirit bonding bullshit where because we say "Hail Mineva" or whatever just to get through this she can take over our will.Nobody is coming to save us, so we need to try and avoid conflict. Part of the reason we picked Sarah is that she hopefully won't sperg out and start a fight.
>>23822237I don't see what the problem is, Sarah was always like thisafter being dumped by Scirocco Kamille literally thought of her first, that's a pretty big deal to her self value
>>23822552I'd be perfectly happy if Haman didn't plant yandere flags. I just want to be sure she doesn't kill everyone else on the ship.
>>23822237So did Haman plant her Tuffle parasite in Sarah and we're fucked now?
>>23822237New to these threads, are these dialogues in the game or are they flavored by OP? These seems to be complex what-if relationship, this game is deeper than I thought
>>23822909It's OP's writing with that said he takes inspiration from a lot of other gundam sources so that's why it flows decently well most of the time.
>>23822914Ah I see, too bad. I admit I was excited about the idea of a Gundam strategy game with a dating sim
>>23822237In the aftermath of AEUG's destruction, Jerid instructs for his volunteer forces to remain on standby as preparations are made for Anaheim's tattered headquarters to be invaded and for any survivors of the AEUG's armed forces to be captured and executed. As these preparations enter their final stage however, a metallic rod is fired down from the Moons orbit, crashing towards the entrance of the ruined facility. The rod would generate a simple message, one that would place the Titans invading forces in a state of unease..."None shall enter until gifted by her Excellency. Defiance shall result in immediate wrath." It was a simple threat, but one strong enough to force Kamille and Jerid to temporarily delay occupying the city completely. Now with the impending arrival of the shuttle promise by Haman, Kamille, Jerid and others from the Alexandria's crew meet to discuss the matter...>Jerid: So, when are you going to fill me in on what you are planning here? No idea how we are going to smuggle Mobile Suits to wherever they are taking you both, but you probably already came up with something to->Kamille: There isn't a plan like that, Jerid.>Jerid:...You're shitting me, right? What, you actually plan to go along with this for real?! That absolute thought she could humiliate us...no way! >Drake: I must interject. All of this seems far above our positions. Once his Excellency Jamitov learns of our success here, we will be given ample reinforcements to fend off whatever these insurrectionist have to try and attack us with. Honestly, I feel all of you are being far to emotional about all of-Jerid springs from his seat, ripping away its armrest as he chucks it towards the now cowering Drake.>Drake: Have you gone mad?! I am your superior->Jerid: Spineless jellyfish! Double retard! Get out!Silenced by Jerid's sheer audacity and rage, Drake notices the disapproving look from the other attendees to the meeting. Quietly standing, Drake leaves.
>>23823164I'm getting the impression that Jerid will just continue the cycle of violence that Kamille wants to stop.
>>23823164>Drake: Have you gone mad?! I am your superior-I'm starting to think this fat fuck isn't actually fat he's just full of hot air. Who the hell spends less than a week on this ship and comes to the conclusion he's actually in charge here. Thank fuck we're not leaving Drake in charge by taking Jerid with us.
>>23823164How does someone become a Double Retard anyway?
>>23823164>Jerid: Spineless jellyfish! Double retard! Get out!my fucking sides, kek
>>23823164>Four:...Evil. That monster is pure evil.>Jerid: Even the Fight Freak can see the writing on the wall! Whatever trick she pulled to humiliate us, I say we throw everything have at them! If they actually had anything to fight us with, they would have pulled it out by now! >Kamille: I am not risking whatever they may have planned until I have an idea of what they are capable of. >Fa:...Why are you taking her with you? She is just a little kid->Sarah: Miss Yuiry, please do yourself a favor and go rest. You have done enough today. Don't ruin the good you did by trying to impress Jerid.>Fa: Excuse me?! I am not->Leila: Neither of us will really be contributing to this talk, will we? Are we dismissed, Lieutenant Jerid?>Jerid:...Yeah, go. I'll deal with this later.>Fa: "Deal with this later"?! I...I took all of those lives, and yet you-Leila grasps Fa's hand, giving it a firm squeeze as she helps her stand up. >Leila: Killing is wrong...but fighting to save others isn't. Let me take care of you for once, Fa.>Fa:...*Sniff*. As Fa is lead out from the briefing room, Four gives Sarah a short glance.>Four: You are shaking. >Sarah:...I know. >Kamille: Sarah, I didn't mean for her to single you out like that. I->Sarah: You put your faith in me to stand by you for whatever awaits. As I said, I won't let you down. >Jerid: Easier said than done. Your old handler could still try to attack us at any moment. With the weapon Scirocco used to destroy Von Braun, we would not be stuck here with our thumbs up our asses on->Kamille: Apologize. >Jerid:...For what? >Kamille: I get your frustrations. Hell, I can barely contain how pissed I am...but don't do you dare dehumanize Sarah like that! >Jerid: What the hell are you on about->Kamille: "Handler", like she hasn't earned her place here! She is not Scirocco's puppet!>Jerid:...We just going to ignore what happened with Sydle then? How she went nuts because of that arrogant peacock of a-
>>23823281Sarah has managed to achieve Kamille's family level, same way he'd defend Leila, Four and Jerid if they're insulted like that
>>23823281>Sarah: He didn't even shed a tear when I died for him. I...will never let myself be used by Scirocco ever again!>Kamille:...Died for him? Sarah, are you alright?Sarah's body shakes more intensely as she tries to calm herself. >Sarah: I am not his slave. When I die...I want it to be for someone who would cry for me. >Jerid:...You betray our trust, and i'll kill you same way I plan on ending him. >Kamille: Goddamn it, Jerid! >Jerid: Let me finish. You actually show me that you've got the resolve to fight him at our side, i'll make sure you have a bright future in what I am going to build. You'll be someone that the entire world will mourn on the day of your death. Is that enough of an incentive for you? >Sarah:...Thank you, Lieutenant. Concluding the meeting, the crew of the Alexandria are made aware of the approach of a shuttle with Axis's I.F.F signal attached. Entrusting Jerid to maintain control over Granada until his return, Kamille and Sarah embark onto the Shuttle, departing from the ravaged Lunar city as they escape the Moon's gravity. >Axis Representative: Please remain in your cabin. If either of you require anything, please contact the Service Staff. >Sarah: Would you be able to provide us with food? >Axis Representative: Of course. If there anything you desire for sustenance, we are more than happy to->Sarah: Ice cream. In big cones. For both of us. >Axis Representative:...I will inform the staff to prepare something for you both.
>>23823337Uh oh, Sydle is body sharing with Sarah now.
>>23823360What if instead of Purus, there are Sarahs, and the one we have right now has memories of what happened to a previous one?
>>23823337So, this is an evolution of the last Titan's run's Axis I'm guessing where Haman saw the future of the cannon UC timeline. Sarah saw the Scirocco's canon reaction to her death. Its a REALLY fucking good thing we didn't pick Jerid then.
>>23823337Being left to their own devices, Kamille and Sarah share an awkward moment of silence together as one of them waits for the other to speak. Just as Kamille is about to begin speaking, Sarah takes the initiative. >Sarah: I didn't specify a flavor. Hopefully what they have isn't->Kamille: What did you mean earlier? About...when you died for Scirocco? What were you talking about? Was it a dream you had, or->Sarah: I saw how I died. You weren't there, so...I imagine Scirocco succeeded in ending your life. I was fighting alongside Scirocco, and another woman he had fighting at his side. That same shadow that came for us today...it overwhelmed me. I was left defenseless, and yet...it wasn't the shadow that nearly took his life. The fighter craft that attached to the back of the Gundam Mark II tried to open fire on him...and I without even a moment of hesitation used myself as a shield. In that last moment, I remember seeing the face of the boy who tried to take his life. A young boy, about my age...and he was crying. >Kamille: You...saw all of this when that "thing" touched you? >Sarah: I was a fool. A slave that only broke free in her final moment. I won't...let that come to pass. Ever. I want today to mark the moment I chose to truly live for what I want. I want that moment we had on the Moon together to continue. >Kamille:...I was touched by that thing as well, but I didn't see anything. Sarah, whatever you saw->Sarah: I am not going to hesitate. When he comes to try and hurt you...I will protect our future!Meanwhile on Earth, the final remnants of the forces that had struck Kilimanjaro are eradicated, with Brave Cod standing over the nearly bisected Prototype Psycho Gundam.>Brave: Pathetic. Completely pathetic! Ramming his bazooka into the chest of the nearly destroyed Mobile Suit, Brave takes the shot, blasting apart its entire torso. The Prototype Psycho Gundam's head ejects itself from the ruined body, flying off towards the coastline.
>>23823436>Brave: Fast! Drop your Smartgun!>Fast: S-sir!Immediately tossing aside the massive Smartgun sniper, Fast's Xeku steps back as Brave takes hold of the weapon, taking aim for the escaping head of the Prototype Psycho Gundam. >Brave: Biggest Quail i've ever bagged. Bang. Taking the shot, the focused beam of the Smartgun blasts through the lower section of the escape pod head, sending it careening into the ocean. >Fast: A fine shot, Captain Cod!>Brave: It wasn't a perfect hit. I truly have been absent from Earth for far to long. While Kilimanjaro falls back into the hands of the forces aligned with the Titans, Doan's Dom hides within the ruins of the base, waiting for an opening to fight back one last time.>Doan: (Perhaps it is time I faced my punishment. Rolland, I pray that you and kids are safe-)Stumbling out from the darkened and abandoned construction hangar, Beltorchika stares up at Doan's damaged Dom. Collapsing to her knees, she raises her arms up to the Mobile Suit.>Beltorchika: What are you even fighting for at this point? Jamitov is dead...and yet, why does it feel like nothing is going to get any better now? >Doan: A survivor? Tumbling over from Exhaust, Beltorchika's body is left completely still as she is recovered by Doan to be moved to safety. [Beltorchika and Doan are now MIA]
>>23823436>Sarah's visionsHuh, so she basically saw the finale of canon Zeta. I wonder if visions of canon UC are also what drove this run's Amuro batshit insane.>Sarah: I am not going to hesitate. When he comes to try and hurt you...I will protect our future!Everyone thought the choice of who to take to Axis was just for the next plot point or objective but we ended up stumbling into a romance route kek.
>>23823399>>23823436Damn Sarrah really did see her death in the canon timeline. Where she sacrifices herself for Scirocco and dies a human shield. From what she's saying it looks like Sarah is gonna do everything in her power to avoid that fate. ALSO DAMN WE DODGED A BULLET THERE. Sarah was probably the best person to see her canon fate. Could you imagine the shit show we'd be in if Jerid or Four saw their canon fate? Jerid would see himself bumbling like a retard fighting Kamille before dying in a explosion. Four would see herself fighting Kamille, getting attacked by Jerid, then dying in Kamille's arms. Those two would be sperging out overwhelmed with fear. I do wonder though what would happen if Fa got picked? Would she see something impactful like Kamille's acting insane from having his mind obliterated? Or would she see her and Kamille embarrassing lovingly like in the movies?
>>23823458Well... at least Doan can be trusted with Beltorchika I guess, better him than the Titans or fucking Amuro. I'd rather both of them just nope the fuck out of this war altogether before they end up getting killed. We'll just have to wait and see.
>>23823487>Sarah: I am not going to hesitate. When he comes to try and hurt you...I will protect our future!Welp, Sirrocco's a cuck now. The relationship is going down the tubes. Guess he'll shack up with Amuro or something.
>>23823525>Guess he'll shack up with Amuro>When that's who scarred him upScirocco is going on his own nowDude got the wmd & already showed off At this point he is vying for leader control
>>23823537>Sirrocco of Many ColoursHe looked at the fucking Palantir too, didn't he?
>>23823458Axis. Originally a deep space mining asteroid utilized by the Principality of Zeon, this installation would become a haven for the remnants of the fallen movement. Having isolated themselves for years, the forces in control of Axis had finally made their return to Earth. As the shuttle containing Kamille and Sarah approaches the gargantuan asteroid base, Melanie Hue Carbine of Anaheim and Wong Lee are granted an audience with the Supreme Leader of this Zeon movement...Mineva Lao Zabi. >Wong: Chairman, is it so wise for you to be attending directly? Without proper security to defend you->Melanie: For now, we must play the role of the submissive and loyal. By offering gifts and our support, Axis will accept our future requests. The council that manage the puppet child will ensure our own needs are met.>Wong: If...you are confident, Chairman. The people here appear...questionable. >Chairman: You are not usually this shaken. Ensure you remain calm. Chairman Melanie Carbine and Wong Lee are brought into an immaculate throne room, where numerous masked guards line the walls. Standing before the throne, a red haired woman with the emblem of a Colonel on her uniform steps aside as she gives a small bow.>Monique: Presenting her Excellency, Mineva Lao Zabi!>Melanie: (Such ritual and fanfare for a mere child...these gentiles will obediently serve us in due time. That Aryan Goy will suffer for the inconvinences he has dealt me...!)The shuttle containing Kamille and Sarah finally lands, with Kamille keeping his companion close as the two are escorted to be judged by Queen Mineva. Kamille stumbles slightly as he leaves the shuttle, his mind struggling from an oppressive sensation permeating through the asteroid. >Axis Representative: Are you quite alright? >Kamille: Just...a headache. >Axis Representative: We do have Asprin available if you need->Husky voice: Nee! Door!! Now!!
>>23823337Ah. That's why Sarah hasn't actually acknowledged Sydle's death so far.Well, this could complicate things.
>>23823487Would the sudden change of color pallet in Kamille's Zeta have made it confusing or even worse? It sure it good that neither Jerid or Four got a glimpse of their canon fates, and Leila being a cointoss herself
>>23823572Oh man, that's Chara Soon at the end. Is she seriously going to be our tour guide today? If we're lucky, Kamille will make it to the throne room just in time to see Wong and Melanie thrown to the lions (perhaps literally) for their failures.
>>23823572The Representative's cool demeanor almost immediately vanishes as he hears the sultry voice yelling out in the distance. >Axis Representative: My apologies, but someone else will be attending to you. Good-good day. Rushing back onto the shuttle, the Representative completely abandons Kamille and Sarah as a nearly bare chested woman confidently approaches, the clacking of her sharpened heels echoing with every step. Moving to join her, two men with nearly identical features to one another position themselves at her side. Averting his eyes from the woman's ample and open bosom, Kamille notices a visible burn scar on her cheek, along with tiny peeking white hairs breaching through her obviously dyed hair. Cracking a coy smile, the woman's eyes linger over Sarah's features, bothering the young Titan Officer. >Husky voiced-woman: Warmest greetings to you both~. You may address me as->Lance: Mistress Chara Soon, High Inquisitor of->Chara: Lance!! To soon...far to soon~. >Lance: Deepest apologies, Mistress!Despite the tense atmosphere, Sarah can't help but snicker at the triad.>Nee: Show your respect, Federal dog! By her Command, you could suffer a punishment beyond your->Chara: Nee~. Love the enthusiasm, but there is a proper time and place for it~. >Kamille: Are you trying to make us drop our guard?>Chara: Hmmm~? Now why would you think that? Looking back to Sarah, Chara gives the small Titan a playful, yet bordering on predatory grin.>Chara: Oh, I can already tell you and I are just going to be the best~of~friends~. >Sarah:...With all due respect, we were invited here as guest by your "Queen".>Chara: Oh, yes you were~! Given your statuses, I personally came to ensure you both were treated accordingly as those selected by Lady Ha-Clutching her throat, Chara coughs slightly, before correcting herself.>Chara:...The Vizier. Shall we go then? Ushering Kamille and Sarah forward, Chara uses the opportunity to sniff at Sarah's hair.
I really can't stand glwgameplayer's LP habits. He puts commentary for the relevant screenshot BEFORE showing the screenshot.
>>23823918>try to take a look>paywalledWho the fuck paywalls a forum? I'm sure I browsed SA without that in the past.
>>23823945People who want to keep the normies away. Also what fanfic is pic related referring to and how bad is it?
>>23823639I think Sarah only saw a glimpse of the canon timeline with no frame of reference for what she was seeing. As she said Sarah just saw herself with Scirocco and Reccoa, right until Katz came with the G-Defensor and ended up killing her. However, Sarah did see the Zeta as it was originally painted this run. So if Sarah saw the canon Zeta she'd probably just assume that AEUG or Axis forces managed to build another one. Sarah did think that Scirocco managed to kill Kamille in her vision after all, she's a logical person.
>>23823655>Chara: Chohoho~. So, this is your natural color then~? Sarah tumbles forward, raising her hands to cover shield her hair as Chara continue to cluck out a husky chortle at her expense. Kamille moves to shield Sarah's body, pushing her to his back. It had been subtle, but Kamille had sensed an abnormal sensation secreting from Chara, one that had quietly rooting itself onto himself and Sarah. While Kamille had subconsciously managed to shrug it off, he was unsure of Sarah's tolerance to this unknown factor. >Axis Intercom: High Inquisitor, return to your station immediately. This is a decree from her Excellency.>Chara: Hmph~no fun~. Guess they found out I slipped away to meet you two~. Once our beloved Queen has granted you her blessings, I will be sure you give you both a proper tour->Nee: Mistress Chara->Chara: Nee! I know, lovely...I know. Until next time~. Departing with Nee and Lance, Chara gives a final flick of her tongue to Kamille. Entering the hangar dock shortly after, another Representative of Mineva arrives to properly escort Kamille and Sarah to the grand palace of Axis. >Mineva Aide: Our deepest apologies for any confusion. The High Inquisitor is...overzealous in her duties. Observing the living district of Axis, Kamille and Sarah are surprised to find it operating virtually no different from the Colonies, with thousands of innocents going about their daily lives. Despite this appearance however, a sense of danger still looms within Kamille as he keeps Sarah close. >Kamille: If anything feels off, you tell me immediately.>Sarah:...Same to you. Arriving at the Palace, the two Titans are lead past hundreds of silent, heavily armed security into the deepest bowels of the political center of Axis. With each step closer to the Throne chamber, Kamille feels his ears being bombarded by an orchestra of melodic tones. >Sarah: Music? "La-Le-Ley-lo-lu"->Kamille: Yeah...its so loud...!>Sarah: Loud? I can just barely hear it.
>>23824158>La-Le-Ley-lo-lu
>>23824212>>23824158>Still referencing MGS in 2026I don't think Copy X has even played the Megaman Zero series.
>>23824212>>23824223Well, at least it's not buddhist chants because I don't want to deal with this fuckup and Haman at the same time.
>>23824239Watch them sneak up from the lab. Place was located in that region after all. Bask's battle isn't over & Brave will be on his tail.
>>23824307>Bask starts chanting Buddhist prayers
>>23824158With the doors to Mineva's throne being opened, Kamille feels the throbbing in his head growing unbearable. Sensing the growing pain from Kamille, Sarah also grows slightly woozy as they continue their approach.>Monique: Presenting her Excellency, Mineva Lao-Falling to his knees, Kamille scrapes his fingers against the sides of his face, the once partially pleasant noises now devolving into a ceaseless cacophony against his hearing. >Sarah: What you are doing to him, stop it! >Monique: You will only speak when you are addressed by->Mineva: Disable all power to the Throne Chamber. The soft, yet commanding voice's decree is accepted immediately, with the blindingly lit throne chamber being darkened within seconds of her order. The curtains concealing the throne are manually pulled aside, revealing the inheritor of the Principality of Zeon, Mineva Lao Zabi. Kamille gasps for air as the mortifyingly invasive noises cease. While Sarah kneels down to assist him back to his feet, Mineva stands from her throne to look upon the two. >Monique: Queen Zabi, keep your distance->Mineva: Only one other has ever reacted that way. Raising her hand out to Kamille and Sarah, Mineva closes her eyes. After a moment of momentary strain, she releases a small puff of held air. Balling her hand, she raises her thumb upward.>Mineva: As one of the Chosen race, regardless of what flag you may wave...you are welcome here, fellow Newtypes. As a Newtype, we all share the same wishes.>Kamille: Why...?! Why is a little girl being made to do this?! >Monique: How dare you speak with such->Mineva: I am the final survivor of the Zabi family. It is my duty to ensure the wishes of my father, and of Zeon Deikun are achieved. To preserve the Earth, and to usher our race into their rightful future.
>>23824457It's getting really hard to dispute Bask on Spacenoids.
>>23824497Bask kills everyone while yelling that they're secret Spacenoid sympathizers. Hardly a good metric.
>>23824497Always was.
>>23824457Being granted a short period of time to rest, Kamille is informed of Axis's planned objectives of rapidly evolving mankind into viable Newtypes, along with shifting humanity into space to allow for the Earth to be allowed to recover without human interference. Despite the Utopian views held by the young Zabi, Kamille recognizes a coldness in the childs words, as if they have been rehearsed and recited countless times. >Mineva: The AEUG movement was one that we had sponsored, and the tragedy that we were unable to mediate talks before your attack on Greneda->Monique: Granada, Excellency.>Mineva: Granada. If the Vizier had sent you to us, then you share our dream. >Kamille:...Zeon. Do you realize that by assisting the AEUG, that countless innocents lost their lives?! My own parents were taken because of them! >Mineva:...You have my sincerest condolences. Might I have your name properly?>Kamille:...Kamille Bidan.>Mineva: Know that any wish or desire you may have will be fulfilled, so long as you join us in protecting the Earth, and liberating those who have been wrongly denied their freedom in space.>Sarah:...Were you even alive when Zeon murdered billions in space? >Monique: How many of those who were lost in the One Week War chose to stand with the local governments that had allowed the Federation to garrison in the Colonies destroyed in nuclear hellfire? The Principality acted accordingly to how the Federation responded.>Mineva: Do you both fight for revenge? Even if that means supporting an organization that openly condones the murder of innocents? That scorches the very Earth they claim to protect? What of the destruction of Van Buren->Monique: Von Braun, Queen Mineva->Sarah: If you truly are the one deciding these things, why do you allow her to speak for you? Do you even understand why that weapon was fired? Why so many died, just because of one...just because of a terrible mans- >Mineva: Paptimus Scirocco.
>Onmi: "Flanagan at least to the point where this game was made, didn't really have many atrocities associated with it."Weren't all those kids in the last episode of 08th MS Team kidnapping victims or something?
>>23824537I said not many, not none.
>>23824527>>Monique: How many of those who were lost in the One Week War chose to stand with the local governments that had allowed the Federation to garrison in the Colonies destroyed in nuclear hellfire? The Principality acted accordingly to how the Federation responded.3 FUCKING SECONDS3 SECOND WARNING BEFORE BRINGING OUT THE G3 GAS ON SPACENOIDSGoddamn delusional bitch.
>>23824527>how dare the colonies defend themselves from our ocupationKill all spacenoids, god damn.
>>23824527We need to get out of here the hoes are insane and delusional, worst of all political.
>>23824567Zeeks aren't spacenoids, they're Zeeks and claims to be spacenoids is masking their oppressive cause. Between the Zeeks gassing people for colony lasers and Titans gassing them for kicks, the colonists are the unluckiest people.
>>23824527>Sarah:...How? How do you know his name, as if you have said it before? >Kamille: Did you know about that attack? >Sarah: I was told that he was a fellow Newtype that had wished to join us. One that the Vizier had spoken to before...and this atrocity will be judged. He will be brought before me, and I shall learn of the kind of person he is.>Sarah: All this time, he was just...using us. All for you people?! Looking upon Sarah's pained expression, the harsh expression on Mineva's face falters for a brief moment, before being returned to her natural state of mind at the approach of one of her Royal Guards. >Axis Royal Guard: Queen Zabi, a declaration against the Colonies has just been made! Bask Om of the Titans is calling for the full cession of the Sides authorities! >Kamille: Bask?! What the hell is Jamitov doing?! >Axis Royal Guard: M-my lady, may I speak freely before these->Mineva: You may.>Axis Royal Guard: Bask Om has claimed that Jamitov Hymen had lost his life. That he is calling for the immediate mobilization of all Federal Forces to commit to this! He is claiming the Federation Government's Senatorial leaders were murdered in an attack on Dakar!>Mineva: We will offer our full support to the Sides. Inform their leaders that should they freely allowed us to act within their territories, we will grant them full protection->Kamille: Don't you realize that by doing such a thing, you would only be justifying what that damned adult is trying to do?! He's looking for an excuse to murder! >Mineva: If we do not act, innocents will be butchered regardless. Axis will not sit idly as the Federation attempts to seize the already limited autonomy of the Sides. I offer you this, as both a sign of our genuine intent, and of my belief in you. In our defense of the Sides, we will not initiate any armed actions against those aligned with your fleet. Should you agree to assist us in their defense, we shall treat your forces as our allies.
>>23824602We must clean up our own house before fighting the Axis menace. We should have shot him long ago.
>>23824602Okay we have two options coming up now I think. Cooperate with Axis forces until we're in a spot to take out their leadership and cyber newtypes. Or we continue to fight with the Titans following Bask until we can kill him and take power.
>>23824625I'd take out Bask, there's no reason why anyone would let him run free in our fleet
>>23824625>ally with the people that will backstab us at the worst time, or with the crazy genocide manBoy, do I love our options. I feel Jerid will be massively pissed either way
>>23824637Axis will be monitoring every step of the way regardless, what with what The Vizier is capable of.
>>23824637Send Jerid to liberate the colonies. He'll reign in their loyalty much better and we might even get Zeek defectors. We'll deal with the Earth as we always have.I don't mind trying to fight Axis and establishing Bask as the final boss, though. He seems fitting as the malice of the Earth.
>>23824602It seems Bask is forcing our hand. Bask doesn't like us and we shouldn't let him consolidate power. So it seems we might have to make a truce with Axis to remove the rot from the Titans.
>>23824630The problem is how do we get close to Bask. He already hates Kamille and is absolutely gonna send him on suicide missions to get him killed. There's no way we'll get the chance to make friends or plot a way to kill Bask. With Axis they're showing a lot of trust already allowing us an audience due to Kamille's nature as a newtype. Presumably allowing us to act freely. Let's be honest too if we don't play ball with Axis, Kamille's forces will probably be forced to evacuate from Granada. Whatever the case we'll be surviving under genocidal maniacs.
>>23824637>>23824668I don't recall any clash between Jerid and Bask; aside from fear, all his resentment was directed at Jamitov and Scirocco. The former is dead, and the latter is about to be exposed as a Zeek sympathizer. His entire house of cards is about to crumble. This scenario would be perfect for his redemption and official reinstatement to the Titans if we wanted it.Throwing Scirocco under the bus is what we have to do to save our butts. His betrayal is more serious, whereas we merely launched our legitimate crusade against the AEUG and prevented the current supreme commander from overstepping his authority with our prisoners a few months ago.
>>23824625I don't care how loony Axis is I'm not siding with Bask against them. While the words we've been told are probably empty lies she's been forced to repeat I think at least somewhere in Axis' forces there is a real want for good. Beyond that learning of Axis' secrets and the crazy shit we've seen them do is better for the future too.
>>23824707I personally can't pick Axis because Amuro seems to have lost his god damn mind playing cheer leader for them, I'd rather go it alone.
>>23824700Jerid doesn’t want to be ‘reinstated’ he wants to rule alongside Kamille, all bask wants is dominance and wand Kamille dead, they will not mix, the choice isn’t really who you want to side with but rather who you want to deal with nowPersonally I’d choose bask, he’s literally damaging anything we could use for resources on earth
>>23824712That's fair, honestly if Scirocco didn't piss on the moon with his giant laser I'd have sided with him in a 3-way fight against these 2 in a heartbeat. I just think the crazy super Newtype Axis we have here might be a better faction to wait on fighting compared to Bask who's burning earth to the ground. Honestly, they offered to just fight Bask alone while we sit on the side lines, if that option wasn't boring as fuck and have Jerid chew us out over the inaction I'd be tempted to take it. Going around as a Londo Bell like Anti-Bask Squad in the sides is probably a pretty good option right now. You know part of me really hopes that Scirocco in his madness shoots Axis with the laser like we were too chicken shit to do in the Law Titans run.
Bask will be busy fighting Brave and New deside on Earth.Amuro and Char won't be back until much later. This leave the space colonies up to Kamile Titans faction and Axis Zeon.Scirocco is going to fight against Haman in any case. All boils down to which aces we want to get and keep for Kamile; Haman and her cronies or stick with the devils we know, Jerid and the Titans.I agreed with>>23824652Resist the Zeon and their hypocrisy. It will be funny if Kamile renamed his faction as Olympians.
>>23824707Do you want to know the secrets of how it's made? Back to the labs, fellas. More unhinged than ever.>>23824713If we get the chance, we should make our move to take control of the colonies, the asteroids, the gryps laser, and thus stop Bask from reaching space and unleashing his murderous rage on the rest of humanity. To do so, we'll need to reach an agreement with Axis, relinquish the colonies autonomy, and get rid of Mr. Syrup Man so we can get to work.
>>23824743The choice isn’t who we get, we won’t be getting haman as a subordinate and likely not anyone else except for maybe a ple who sneaks on the ship as usual it’s more about who do we fight now, also there’s no guarantee Brave will do anything to bask since he just wants to remain on earth while bask is trying to burn the colonies, completely unrelated goals, Kamille is the same kid who stopped bask from trying to kill prisoners, I can’t imagine him letting bask do it to all the colonies
>>23824756Pretty much who we want as a final boss for this round.I should have choose my words carefully. What are Kamile tech level now?
>>23824602While Bask Om makes his declaration against the government of the Sides, a clandestine meeting between the head Admiralty of the Earth Federation is arranged by the head of the Elite Instructor Academy of the Earth Federation, Brian Aeno. >Federation Admiral 1: This is absolute overstep of his authority! Even if Admiral Hymen lost his life, there is no base for that animal Bask to make these claims! >Federation Admiral 2: Most of the Senate was completely destroyed. Anyone left is refusing to step forward to make a statement->Federation Admiral 3: Regardless of what the Senate approved, the Titans are an extension of the Federations military! We are not Zeons, who allowed themselves to be ruled by despots! >Admiral Aeno: Gentlemen, I brought all of you here today with a simple question...how many of you will accept your retirements when that day comes? >Federation Admiral 4: Surely there is more to this gathering than such a question? >Federation Admiral 5: You are nearing retirement yourself. Given the situation, I doubt the High Commission would even accept your retirement from service- >Admiral Aeno: Many of the Senators who were slain at Dakar were open supporters of policies that would grant additional rights to the Colonies. Policies that would further erode the safeguards against them being regulated. Existing policies that they had approved of that allowed for these recent insurrections by the AEUG to have survived as long as they have. My oath was, and has always been to the citizens of the Earth Federation. Even those living within space share the same priority as those on Earth...I can no longer tolerate sitting idly by as the seeds of future wars allowed to be sowed. >Federation Admiral 6: You actually find yourself in agreement with that madman?! >Admiral Aeno: Bask Om will need to be checked to ensure these conquests across the Earth are ended...but we can no longer allow the Sides to act as hubs of sedition.
>>23824794So Bask is given free rein by the Deicides, until he steps out of line that is
>>23824843Meant Desides*Seems that problem isn't getting solved by itself, this Aeno guy being among those swayed by ol' zeek mikeAnd axis has no issue with Bask launching an all out offensive against space
>>23824794>Federation Admiral 7: That is far above our pay grade here. Let the Politicians make that decision->Admiral Aeno: I know that Admiral Heitz, Kruger, Gentelles, Jackson, and Buller all have families that were affected by the One Year War. Families that are likely struggling due to these constant insurrections. To those men, I ask if you would consider accepting retirement from your positions. Admirals Tong, Nickards, Urbain, Lutzshield and Grahamford...for your treason in assisting and abiding in the Karaba movement->Federation Admiral 8: Madness! How dare you insinuate that-Bursting through the door to the meeting chamber, multiple loyal soldiers to Brian Aeno move to round up the listed Admirals, gagging them as they are dragged off for execution. While some of the remaining Admirals appear shocked, others nod in approval, with others clapping and hollering in agreement. For the Admirals being offered the opportunity to willingly retire from their duties, they are flanked by armed soldiers. >Federation Admiral 9: Brian...how could you do this? Do you realize the upheaval this will->Admiral Aeno: Accept retirement and house arrest, Buller. This is no longer your responsibility...be there with your granddaughters. Flinching in terror at the sounds of gunfire throughout the bunker, the Admirals being offered mercy are forced to accept it, with those in agreement with Brian's sentiments waiting for his plan. As Brian readies his words, his thoughts return to the mysterious emissary from Pezun that had so passionately emboldened him to take action. >Brian: (Should Bask fully lose himself, we will have the strength to counter him. Such is our duty...until the bitter end)[Brian Aeno has spawned at California Base]
I really doubt siding with Bask will even be an option.
>>23824947Wouldn’t be shocked if it is, but it’ll be a >why did you pick the retard option? Here’s Kamille acting like a retard then.Result
>>23824904We need a route that lets us kill Mike. I don't care if we burn down New Desides, Like needs to die.
>>23824567>>23824580Zeon have always been a reference to Imperial Japan's pan-asianism ideology which, in the end, basically boiled down to "we have the right to conquer and exploit all asians"The way they use the term "spacenoid" is the same
Still kind of on the thought train that we say>haha, yeah Mineva, we are totally your loyal servants and will strike down the rogue Bask OmAnd then just get the fuck out of here before we get executed, and basically act as a third faction regardless.Which, by the way, is leading us into actually a similar scenario to canon Zeta - with us taking on the role of AEUG, and Bask's faction being the Titans. The only big question of alignment being what the hell Scirocco is going to do now.
>>23825191Yeah, I'm on this thought train as well. Actively allying is completely out of the question given what we've been through already, no one in the crew aside from fuckin Drake would be down with it and I'd rather let Axis and Bask chew themselves to pieces.
>>23825191My worry is that we’ll get to say one thing but not have the chance to mean or do another. The obvious move is to not side with the crazies and say just enough to escape. But I am worried that once the commitment is made there we’ll be bound by it.
This has potential, we can end in a Raiden vs Armstrong situation, but with Kamille vs Bask. On top of the Ra Callium.
>>23824904The catastrophic destruction inflicted upon Dakar serves to grant Bask Om a platform for his fanatical anti-Spacenoid stance, with him proclaiming the attack to have been born from seeded rebellious elements sympathetic to the fallen Principality of Zeon's ideals. From his inflammatory speech calling for a mass expansion of the Titans efforts, hundreds of Federation garrisons across the Earth devolve into infighting, with those being suspected of being supportive of the AEUG's objectives being terminated. Certain garrisons break away from their posts, rampaging against known refugee hubs as a show of their loyalty to this new stance being taken by the Titans. The African Liberation Front, despite having completed their stated objective, is forced into hiding as Bask Om's primary army is deployed to begin purging any population hub suspected of harboring their allies. Having only narrowly survived his battle with Ajis, Elo's critically damaged Desert Zaku is recovered by the survivors of the Blue Unit.>Elo: Commander, why did we fall back before we burned away the rest of that vile city?! If we had just pressed the->Dido: The Franks have turned on one another. In their frenzy, we must turn our attention to protecting our brothers.>Elo: They are attacking one another? Why?>Dido: Their greed and hatred could only be contained for so long. Africa will be freed...but we must bide our time for now. Until they have truly broken themselves down. From the outskirts of Dakar, Gadeb guffaws at the carnage being reported between the Federation and the civilians of Africa. >Gadeb: Our time has finally come! Comrades, the blood of the unfaithful shall bring us an army like none ever seen before! The eradication of the Franks shall soon come!Observing the destruction, a remnant Major of Zeon makes his own decision.>Rommel: Eight years...finally, we will rise again.
>>23825561Australia, the continent many had been considered to have suffered the most from the terrible Operation British disaster that had ravaged the Earth. As true recovery starts to finally occur, Civil Insurrections soon break out from Basks call to arms between the moderate leadership and Officers that had been humiliated by Karaba's previous insurrection in the Torrington region. Having realized the intentions of these Officers desires to stand with the Titans new objective against the Sides, Major Stanley Hawkins of the Australia defensive forces covertly contacts a special unit to buy time for the situation to stabilize.>Leung: Is there no way you could escape? >Stanley: It would just give these men the excuse they need to begin firing on the people of Adelaide. Are any of the men with the White Dingo's sympathetic to what is being called for?>Leung: If you are going to ask us to protect the nuclear armory at Torrington, we can't guarantee how long it can guarded.>Stanley: A day, a week, a month...maybe even years. Eventually, calmer minds will prevail from the carnage. Intense pounding and bashing is heard against Stanley's door, with the tired-looking Major reaching into his drawer for a pistol.>Leung: Major Hawkins...!>Stanley: I leave them to you, Lieutenant Lee-Fai. God speed. >Titan supporter Officer: Break that goddamn door down! Zeon loving scum, there is a meathook outside waiting for you!Stanley gives a final salute as he ends the communication, readying himself for the inevitable. [White Dingo team are now MIA]
>>23825561>>23825609>Not even one day>Every gigachud in the Federation unifies at the drop of a hat to start murdering anything with a pulseWe’re the Federation always this unstable?
>>23825639No but in this run in particular, Bask is entirely unchained to do whatever he wants. He's already left a massive blood trail on any Feds or Titans interfering in his campaign from Asia to Dakar so they're trying to get ahead.I do hope that we can wrangle Jerid enough t make a real campaign of his brand of Titans though. Bask is on the genocide run as always but while Jerid is uncompromising against Zeon, his message of dropping Earthnoid and Spacenoid labels for humanity as a whole is one that can definitely resonate in the chaos present.
>>23825660If only we hadn't let Deux get turned into a nugget and probably die, we could've cosplayed as the cool version of the 12 Olympians.
>>23825561>>23825609Is anyone on Earth even aware that Granada just fell? Guess we need Beltorchika if we want any PR.
>>23825879No one's aware of shit, Kamille just learned Jamitov's death from Axis and he probably thinks he was killed at Dakar this run we're in a massive information dead zone no one's informing other people of shit that's happened on the other side of the earth sphere.
>>23825890It's a very interesting world-state for the Titans. They've broken up into various fiefdoms that just happen to be pushing back against the AEUG/Axis with high levels of success but, with the exception of the Devils and New Desides, are almost entirely in the dark of the others actions and aren't coordinating at all.
>>23825890So we've turned the earth sphere into syria
>>23825943No Bask has turned earth into Syria, the main person we'd be getting info from Scirocco has parted ways with us and become an enemy so we're functionally cut off from the rest of the Titans. Scirocco has basically fired us and turned us into free agents hence why Axis is trying to recruit us. I think working with them protecting the Colonies but focusing on protecting said Colonies and serving as a unifier who protects the innocent as it is our right as the ones with the power to lead the masses to a good future. Due to Axis being really into Newtypes are the future who will lead humanity to its better this run Kamille's going to get a lot of pull with them if we work together, >>23824414 we see here's he's literally one of the 2 most special Newtype Axis has ever encountered. If Axis is actually doing shady shit and it wasn't just Amuro being broken by Char and his continual failures at every turn during the conflict, we can fight them later but right now they're just being presented as a bit crazy Newtype idealists from space we'll need to watch out for Haman especially with Char's line about breaking her too but I think there are plenty of people in said movement that believe in it and not whatever shadow plan that might be happening with it behind the scenes. Beyond that turning our Titan's faction into a Londo Bell type task force for Axis would be a really good idea to keep Jerid happy long term by giving him his position of power while we move laterally to a position that doesn't threaten his.
>>23825993Truthfully we don't know enough about Axis itself to make a judgment on whether or not we can work with them. There's been a hostile atmosphere from the moment Kamille stepped foot there and while we may have the blessing of Mineva, Haman is still the one running the show. I'm also not sure if being Londo Bell for Axis is something Jerid will go for given how anti-Zeon he's been already and multiple members of the main crew have given misgivings as well. We just have to wait and see what else comes out of this meeting and afterwards (like what will Amuro and Quattro do now that Axis has arrived)
>>23826016Amuro is getting that pussy even if it kills everyone in the process.
>>23826016As it stands, our influences within the Black Devil team:> Jerid 3/5> Sarah 3/5> Four 3/5> Fa -2/5> Leila ???As it stands, if we side with Axis Zeon even temporarily we would be risking a major hit to our relationship with Jerid, although we may be able to talk him out of breaking things off with us entirely.Four runs on vibes more than any other newtype on our team and the vibes coming from the Axis cyber-newtype death cult are absolutely rancid. It would be easier to sell her on the idea of working with them as a temporary arrangement compared to Jerid but it would still be a difficult pill to swallow.Sarah wants to be joined at the hip with Kamille right now so I'm not worried about her turning on us. That said, I also feel like Chara or one of the other cyberized freaks here might have already begun worming their way into her mind. This may lead to a decision down the line where we need to do a mind-merge with her to weed out the parasite but that might cost Kamille fatigue, a hit to his Endurance stat, or another coma where we are locked out of the driver's seat as far as narrative decision making goes.Fa at this point just wants all the killing to be done and over with and siding with the militarily fresh Axis seems to be the quickest way to achieve that. She could defect but I'm not overly concerned in the long term. She might find a place to belong with Axis and fill the hole in her heart but it will be filled with drugs, invasive surgery, and genocidal dogmaAll that said, I don't trust Bask as far as we can throw him. He hates us. He hates the colonies, He hates spacenoids (us, again). He needs to be put down before he bleeds our potential power base into nothingness. I am a bit concerned about the Newtype lab bullshit going on back on Earth, too.
We all know we are siding with Axis because we are always on our bullshit for this bitch why even pretend otherwise. We are going to simp for Haman like we always do. Always.
>>23826114Haman's siren call beckons us once more. Now with extra DBGT vibes.
>>23826117>Baby infected HamanStill would.
>>23826091>She might find a place to belong with Axis and fill the hole in her heart but it will be filled with drugs, invasive surgery, and genocidal dogmai dont want to lose Fa though, i want her to be happy :(
Copy X you should have made her gross and fat and then we would maybe side with somebody else MAYBE.
>>23826128You and me both.
>>23826091I could've sworn Sarah was at 4/5 after we told Scirocco to kick rocks with the biosensor wreckage. I think Fa is only -1/5 as well (she got a slight bump to 0/5 from the same event but lost it after Jerid's surgery). But yeah, I do agree that siding with Axis will bring a huge hit to Jerid and a slightly smaller one to Four so I'd rather not. Unless we can spin it as a PR campaign from the Devils rather than Axis, I'd rather keep my distance.Big agree on Bask as well. The secret to navigating this is to try getting influence with the colonies themselves, painting us as a better alternative to Bask's madness and, well, Zeon. Jerid may've waged a brutal guerilla campaign on the moon but his volunteer force is still almost entirely spacenoids. In fact, I think the only named Earthnoids are Jerid himself and Drake.
>>23826016Bask is just some guy marching around burning Earth to the ground. He is not a final boss.Haman is mindraping us, has an invisible mobile suit that can just crush enemies from the inside, timeline warping shit, and looks like the main villain from Kill La Kill. She might even have Amuro as a lapdog.I really don't think we need to help Axis get even stronger in any way. They are already at an overwhelming advantage considering AEUG is dead and the Titans are all killing each other, plus this busted Haman.
>>23826238Amuro wishes. Bitch would be bouncing on my boy's dick right now if she did. Char saw them getting way too close, took her from Amuro, and then peaced the fuck out after the dirty deed was done dirt cheap God Bless the Spacenoids.

Why haven't you done anything to help her?!>Loren: Young man, dear Kikka augmentations easily are worth the lifetime incomes of thousands. She already lost her leg...how could even talk about->Loren: Would you prefer her to wither away from within? You have solemn word that once this is complete, she will not only be fully healed-nay! She will never again be afflicted with sickness or pain! The transition may be difficult for her though...which it why I would like to offer you the chance to join her.>Katz: Why would I ever consider doing->Loren: While you both lack a genetic link, there are similar chances of cancerous masses developing in you as well. Most likely a side effect of unprotected Minovsky Particle exposure.>Katz:...Will you just shoot me if I decline?>Loren: Ah, young man...of course not. When your "sister" does awaken however, she would be alone in her state. It just feels cruel for to carry such a burden by herself. >Katz: I...!>Loren: Please, take all the time you need to decide on->Katz: I'll do it. I need to live on...for everyone I have lost!>Loren: You are a very brave young man, Katz. >>23828234News of the destruction of Von Braun city finally reaches the leadership of the Titans on Earth, with Bask Om finding himself elated at the news. Hoping to incite a public reaction from the people of Earth, Bask Om assumes full responsibility for the attack, proclaiming it as a rightful retaliation for their terror efforts against the Federation. Public outcries are swift, as are the retaliation of Federation garrisons fully aligning themselves with the Titans interests as mass exterminations begin across the Earth. >Bask: Gwahaha~! Jamitov could have never achieved this! Every bleeding heart, every traitor, every last piece of garbage that stood in the way of our work will finally receive the judgement they deserve! >Titan Captain: Supreme Commander, we have just confirmed that Granada was overtaken by our forces. I had nearly forgotten about that self satisfied Alien...find where he is and put a bounty on him. Dead or alive-no! I want him alive! Lets see how smug he is welded into a statue! Mouar is one thing, but our boy Jerid is absolutely off limitsBask and his gf have to go.
Such a shame we didn't get to recruit Mouar at California seriously, I would probably swap any of our current female allies for her. She would be perfect for this mission to Axis.
>>23828510with our current crew we did a way better job at balancing everyone than I ever expected, I do not think it would be so even if Mouar was here instead of the girls we have
>>23828575Yeah, Mouar's kind of a fanatical hero worshiper and we've spent most of this run making sure our crew are people and not just there to lick our boots. That makes me wonder though has Scirocco ever gotten Mouar on any run? I feel like she's exactly the kind of person he'd recruit.
>>23828580well Scirocco could never get Mouar in canon so...no not really, that'd be out of character for both of them unless we were playing good guy Scirocco.
>>23828510>>23828580Mouar is the "good soldiers follow orders" disciplinarian. She wouldn't be a great fit and side more often with Jerid unless he spits out the truly nuttier ideas that Mike gives him. Syrup would try to recruit her, but she is turned off by the megalomania.
>>23828589>>23828591Unless it's just oneitis I kind of just see her as your standard pair bonding newtype she imprinted onto Jerid as the one in canon who is also megalomanic just a less competent one and in cannon of course she's not going to come onto Scirocco she already has Jerid who she'd bonded with at that point. I feel like she'd just end up with which ever Newtype she encounters first with grand plans for a better future. When we encountered her this run Kamille had no grand plans for a better future and was just moving between events so naturally she didn't bond with him because he didn't check her boxes. Really, I think Scirocco's biggest turn off to here is the fact he's poly and she probably wouldn't want to share thinking about it.
>>23828341Begrudgingly being unable to pillage the ruins of Anaheim's Headquarters, Jerid and the volunteers following under his command initiate a lockdown on the occupied city of Granada, seeking out any survivors of the AEUG to be captured, questioned, and summarily executed upon their uses being expended. Miraculously surviving the near destruction of his flagship, Henken organizes those who had managed to survive the battle into a retaliation force, and a group willing to submit to Zeon's occupation at Side 3. >Henken: To those of you who intend to escape for Side 3, we will not stop you. Whatever is waiting for you upon submitting to Zeon though, it will be your burden to carry. As for the rest of you, we will only have a single chance at this plan. Once we have our distraction, boarding crews are to focus on gaining control over that ships bridge and engines! If we can draw the Titans fleet into the Moons orbit, we can turn Zeon and their forces on one another without affecting Granada! Having intercepted reports of Yazan being tended to in Granada's Medical District, Astonaige prepares to initiate a rampage to take as many of the Titans as possible with him.

As they are about to arrive in the hangar however, a partially stripped, fresh whip scarred Wong Lee sprints out towards them.>Axis Soldier: Halt! Not another step->Chara: Take him alive! >Axis Soldier: L-Lady Chara-Jabbing his elbow into the Soldier's throat, Wong kicks him aside as he slams his way into Sarah, forcing her into a choke hold as he pins himself against a wall.>Kamille: Bastard! He spoke ill of our Queen, so I had little choice but to punish him. Even so, I was willing to be gentle...and then he went ahead and tried to hurt you both. I assure you, he will be suitably punished. Perhaps when you next see him, he will be the very model of civility~! >Kamille: You...were you torturing him?! If you ever want someone to be more...agreeable, I can make it so. Only with an open mind can all of us become Newtypes~. In that moment, Kamille feels Chara's presence probing both him and Sarah, with him subconsciously fending off the influence while Sarah partially seems accepting of it. >Chara: See you both next time~. Oh, and Sarah? We can "totally" fix him~. Just bring him to me, and we can make some magic happen~. Departing from Axis under escort, Kamille remains concerned for Sarah, aware that Chara had likely felt her lingering feelings on Paptimus Scirocco.

>>23830998Two days would pass from Kamille and Sarah's departure from Axis, with both of the young Newtypes awkwardly attempting to piece together Axis's true intentions, along with what they should do in regards to the Titans degradation into absolute brutality on Earth. As their shuttle nears Granda however, their escort is halted by a new model Mobile Suit. >Kamille: A new model? Why are they->Shuttle Staff: Pardon, but the pilot is requesting to speak you both. It is less than ideal, but you can contact them from the rear shuttles terminal. Having become so familiarized with Scirocco in their time together, Kamille dreads the same sensation striking him as he moves to assist Sarah to her feet. >Kamille:...We are in this together, ok? Whatever happens, I am with you. >Sarah: We can't let him get away with what he did. Kamille, if it really is him, we just need to survive long enough to...to make him pay! >Kamille: One way or another, he is going to answer for what he did. I trust you...ok?Accepting the communication request at the rear of the shuttle, both Kamille and Sarah are faced with Scirocco, his expression smug and aloof. >Scirocco: I am pleased to see you both are in good health. The tragedy that occurred at Von Braun...well, it is beyond words. The Titans have been compromised, as you both are likely aware. Now->Sarah: How dare you? You come here...and you lie right to our faces? >Scirocco:...Jamitov is dead. My oath to him fully severed. If the Titans under Bask are allowed to remain unimpeded, the damage to the Earth would be substantial. That is why I have come to offer the Dogose Giar to your forces as a sign of good will- (I know you both can hear me. Remain silent, and listen. I acted in impulse, but I had every reason to use the Colony Laser as I...as I...?)Scirocco goes silent as he feels his mental connection to Sarah being blocked by her will.
>>23831054>Scirocco: (Have you spread your anger for me to her, Kamille? Has she come to rely on you so much that-)Scirocco's telepathy wavers as he realizes he is still able to directly connect with Kamille, while Sarah is completely closed off from his regardless of the psychic connection between her and Kamille. >Kamille: (Was it worth it? How many are dead because of your ego?)>Scirocco: (...I can't maintain this for much longer. If you want answers, then I can provide them...so long we are on the same side. Haman has become something that neither of us can manage alone. If we worked together though-)Sarah takes hold of Kamille's hand, giving it a firm squeeze. >Sarah: Whatever he is saying to you right now...he is our enemy! So long as he lives, all of us are in danger! I...I won't->Kamille: I know you still believe in him. He will answer for what he did, but->Sarah: If we accept anything he offers, we will just be lead to our ends. Never fall for his lies again...don't give him the satisfaction of being able to control us again...! While unable to hear Sarah's exact words, her emotions flow onto Kamille, with Scirocco only partially understanding them as he grows more desperate.>Scirocco: (Without me, Haman will overtake you! Both of you! If revenge is something you must have against me, do so after you have heard me out! Tell Sarah to listen to me!)>Trust Scirocco?https://strawpoll.com/6QnMQ0PB3ne
>>23831098The fucking tension here. The Syrup Man has long since lost our trust, and Sarah is right, but he's also not wrong. But then No. No. If Scirocco had come to us and said "I was wrong, we need to talk" I'd hear him out. But he's not accepting any fault. But he is trying to explain himself, but that's what he does.
>>23831123Yeah, hello, feels like an abusive spouse.I believe even if Kamille and Sarah agree, Jerid won't. Though I can't guess what Scirocco will do after a refusal.
>>23831098Call me crazy, but I think Scirocco is still totally capable of changing. Plus, despite what he did, I think it's a bit rash to cut him off totally without at least hearing him out. He obviously knows something we don't, and I don't think Kamille would let his crew act on impulse here. And honestly, we have so few allies, let alone a piloting and mechanical powerhouse like Scirocco. We built up a rep and history with him, there's a chance. Let's not throw it away on a gamble in hopes it makes crapshoots with other allies work out later.
>>23831098There is no real 'working with Scirocco' outcome here, at his very core he's incapable of trusting anyone but himself and he'd throw us to the wolves in an instant if he thought it would get him ahead. He was already trying to cozy up to Haman prior to the laser, is trying to play her and us again and is so delusional that even Mirai has him pegged. He can kick rocks. There's been exactly one person who has truly worked with us and it's been Jerid and that was after reaching an understanding. Let Scirocco in and he'd be trying to worm his way into Fa or Leila before we knew it.
>>23831098>>23831198I agree we have little to no options here, and Scirocco at least came to us and is asking for Kamille to help him. The Jovian's not demanding obedience, but actually treating Kamille like a equal here. There's also the matter that technically under military hierarchy Kamille's forces are under Scirocco. Which means that the Jovian can protect them and lessen Bask's wrath. It's better to work with Scirocco than to work directly under Bask, and it's certainly better than working with Axis or completely alone with no support.
>>23831123>>23831139Scirocco knows he's lost Kamille and Sarah's trust. He's even saying that if they want revenge against him it can be settled but only after dealing with Haman Karn. Better the devil you know than the devil you don't. We could take the deal then punish Scirocco ourselves later.
> >Scirocco: (I have already derailed myself enough. Once he is gone, I will never doubt myself again, nor will anyone be able to affect me. Everything will be mine. Absolutely everything-)Nah Sarah is right, he can go fuck himself
>>23831098Yeah, sure, let's ally with Syrup man so he inevitably betrays us again. Totally the best idea.
>>23831404The fucker literally shot a colony laser at us and they still think we should work with him
>>23831312>We could take the dealThis is assuming there is a deal, instead of a trap.Scirocco hasn't really shown any particular desire to kill Haman over Kamille.
>Scirocco: (I have already derailed myself enough. Once he is gone, I will never doubt myself again, nor will anyone be able to affect me. Everything will be mine. Absolutely everything-)He's turned into Jerid. Don't trust him.
>>23831198I would have chose to forgive him over the biosensor debacle because he's driven by the fear of Axis and didn't experience the Psycho Gundam. The colony laser is not something I will forgive. The only reason I would let him in at this point is to check Sarah for unwanted Chara brainwashing.
>>23831198I was willing to hear him out until he tried to fucking vaporize the shit out of us with the goddamn colony laser. He's not even trying to make amends for that, fuck him.
>>23831098I feel like this is a trap Copy X has set for us. Letting our anger make us choose the wrong decision. You know how Copy likes to give us just enough rope to hang ourselves with.
>>23831511While true, sometimes he'll just give us an bad choice and let us pick it, like the Jackstab, or Rapemuro.
>>23831511Even if he were trying to railroad me to siding with scirocco, he again can go fuck himself after what he didIt’s not even about anger the fuck kind of person would side with a guy who JUST tried to laser him? Scirocco didn’t miss on purpose, he’s backpedaling because he clearly sees they didn’t die
>>23831512Not hearing out Scirocco feels like the objectively bad choice to me. He's offering to tell us what the hell is actually going on but everyone just wants to cut him off. Yes he obliterated Von Braun, but damnit I wanna know why Haman is the way she is and what can be done to counter her.
>>23831525And yet he refuses to say anything so long as he can’t get in someone’s head?I will continue to tell him to fuck off
>>23831525I don't. Quite frankly, it doesn't really matter why she's the way she is because it's a result of something Char did and there's no such thing as a silver bullet to hard counter her nonsense. Honestly it's way more interesting if the Devils pound her face in without his or anyone else's help. It would prove their right as the true heirs of the Titans over everyone else.
>>23831531Kamille knows Scirocco's game and can counter it. As for this whole telepathy thing Scirocco obviously doesn't want to talk about Haman openly while Kamille and Sarah are on a Axis ship. The telepathy here is meant to be a thing of confidentiality between the 3. You don't talk about the enemy's leader openly while on a enemy ship.
>>23831540He doesn’t need to talk to Sarah, he only needs to talk to Kamille, I don’t care if it goes bad I’m not taking in someone who refuses to take accountability, even jerid does it
>>23831511That is what makes things difficult as I think folks are ignoring how charaSoon imprinted onto Sarah. Not to defend pap but that's certainly a factor to go over. If the guy had been more open about what was going on with the biosensor too then that'd still be around to fight the ghost bs haman is using. Overall it comes down to yet more infighting for our faction. Syrup at least isn't going to defect but he hasn't done any favors for himself. Constantly begging to be heard out so what can be said will be told, rather than just doing it
>>23831548Sarah already considered scirocco dead to her before she even met Chara, not to say there is no influence but she saw what she was to him, there’s no love there currently, he’s not buying himself any favors either, this goes back to what haman was talking about the unrequited desires to scirocco turned into pure scorn
>>23831538>it doesn't really matter why she's the way she is because it's a result of something Char didI wish I could hate these two dumb cunts.
>>23831098It's another decision where both options feel like traps.Scirocco IS better than both Bask and Haman. I think that much is clear. The question is, how much damage can this choice to work with him realistically do to us? Sydle is dead and Sarah trusts us over Scirocco, so there's nobody for him to turn against us. He could fuck with our mobile suits, for sure. He could feed info to Haman if he's been given a mission by Axis to work as a spy. I almost think we need to say yes here JUST for the sake of information gathering. Then tell him to fuck off back to Axis. We know so little about what we're dealing with from Axis, even after going there. And Scirocco's desperation is legitimate, we've seen that in scenes where he's alone - maybe giving him a little rope to work with means he won't become a second Amuro.
>>23831674At the same time though, jerid and sarah DESPISE him and most of our forces just lost their homes to him, it's a bad look to accept him into open arms so soon as well...
>>23831098>>23831511>>23831512>>23831520We're in a bit of a tough spot. Kamille doesn't really have many allies and Bask and Axis are going crazy along with going all in on cybers and newtype tech. Kamille seems to want to retire after the war is over and seems to have grown tired of the cycle of violence. Since he gets a bit upset when Jerid kills someone who isn't a threat. Kinda feels like Jerid vs Kamille is inevitable since Jerid just smashes everything he perceives as a threat.
Don't Trust won, but it wasn't a landslide.Scirocco probably could have convinced us if it wasn't for that pointless colony laser shot that didn't even stop us taking Granada, AND has put the weapon itself out of commission for a while. As Kamille said: was it worth it, Scirocco? This will probably lead to Scirocco just fully siding with Axis as a self-preservation tactic pretty soon. I think the sentiment of the thread is that these potential allies are all terrible and we need to strike it out alone for a while, even if it means we are more vulnerable to simple brute force at least we know all our troops are loyal to us (for now anyway, Jerid...)
>>23832040I hope Chara Soon pegs Scirocco with a strap on. I really do.
>>23832040I would have voted to let him in if he immediately started explaining exactly how bad Axis is and ringing the alarm bells instead of him using it as a bargaining chip.
If Scirocco allies with Axis then Mirai and her kids will be used as a bargaining chip for Haman to get to Amuro.
>>23832040This doesn't mean he's siding with Axis if anything that leans us towards Axis.
>>23832220We’re clearly going to get a choice on what to do when we reconvene with our troops, scirocco who isn’t even in our fleet won’t be the determining factor, maybe if he wasn’t a cocksucker people wouldn’t have voted no
Just make sure you guys remember to lavish Sarah with attention. I don't want a rerun of Queen Sarah or Four dying while being choked out.
>>23831098"Never fall for his lies again." Sarah's words resonate with Kamille, his decision made on the man he once considered a comrade, and a friend. >Kamille: (Whatever you came here for, we aren't going to be used as pawns for it. If you actually gave a damn, you would have just told us what you know, rather than hiding behind ultimatums-)>Scirocco: (I need to know that we are on the same side, you damn child! I had every reason to do as I-)>Kamille: (Excuses. Excuses. Excuses!) Excuses!! That is all you know to do, Scirocco! We both wanted to believe in you! Even after what you said, it was something we could have repaired! Millions...you murdered millions over your bruised ego! >Scirocco: (You ignorant boy, be quiet! If they overhear you-)>Kamille: Whatever you want, leave us out of it! If you try to manipulate us again, I will->Sarah: Kill you. >Scirocco: Sarah?! I-Cutting off the communication to Scirocco, Sarah continues to maintain her grip on Kamille's hand.>Sarah:...He can't be fixed. He can't be helped. Whatever he had intended for us, we won't ever be his puppets again.Sensing both Kamille and Sarah's denial of him, Scirocco loses control over his carefully managed emotions. Taking aim with his Palace Athene's wrist mounted beam cannon, the two Gaza-C's guarding the shuttle move to shield it. >Scirocco: (If you both are this far gone already, then the least I can do is spare you from her games-)The two Gaza-C's lower their defensive stance, causing Scirocco to grow concerned. Having lost his focus, Scirocco checks his secondary monitors, finding multiple darting shadows stalking him through the Shoal Zone. >Scirocco:...If you deny me a dialogue, then I suppose we are done here. I will be leaving with the Dogose Giar...pray you both make the correct decision. Pulling away from the shuttle, Scirocco falls back for the Dogose Giar, with the vessel now departing for Axis airspace for his own judgement by Mineva Zabi.
>>23832485Oh boy let's see what happens to Scirocco at Axis I doubt it will be good for him he's coming in already a bit infamous due to our negative opinion of him rubbing off on the other Newtypes. If Axis rightfully calls him out on his bullshit I'm going to be really tempted to side with them.
>>23832488>Yeah, Syrup is a bad dude. Now, hold this can of G3 for me, we gotta gas Side 6 and drop a colony on Dublin. The Senate is dead? Use an empty colony? Nonsense, we have to cleanse the gene pool.
you guys are acting like Kamille can't go and be a upstart without aiding one side or the otther
>>23832485>Kamille:...Sarah, he can't affect you any longer. I won't let him.>Sarah:...K-Kamille! Its the-Looking outside of the shuttles observation window, Kamille flinches as he finds the shadow of Haman's Mobile Suit staring at both of them. >Haman: (To have that man so flustered...hehehe...! You both are quite fascinating.)>Kamille: W-we...had complications with one another. Wait, how long have you been listening?>Haman: (He truly does overestimate himself. He has already sworn a blood oath to our cause, so we will find use for him.)>Kamille: For the restoration of that little girls family name? >Haman: (For our destined future as the next step in human evolution. Regardless of what happens now, mankind will spread to every star, to every light in the universe. We intend to simply hurry that process along...and to do so, we Newtypes must fulfill our own roles.)>Sarah: It sounds like you are trying to place yourself, and other Newtypes above regular people. That isn't what we are fighting for!>Haman: (To your earlier question about how long I was listen, know this...so long as you stand with us, any desire you have will be fulfilled. In return, I ask that you lend me your own strengths. There is a Newtype who must be found-)>Kamille: Is it one of those AEUG pilots? The ones who...killed my family?>Haman: (...Ahahaha~! Oh, you think those two deserve to be called true Newtypes? Two fools, both hiding behind false names and shackled by an unending guilt...pathetic. No, the Newtype I seek is the final key to everything. When the Colonies are secured, we shall meet again. Friend or traitor, you both will take your places in the history I will forge.)As the shadow pulls away, Kamille catches a glimpse of a device at the center of the shadow, with numerous projection fields emitting from it. [Scirocco and Dogose Giar have departed to Axis.]
>>23832531Haman is ALWAYS watching.Feels like it anyway.
>>23832531>Using funnels just to play mind games with your potential allies/enemies
>>23832531She's grooming Judau? Oh hell no.
>>23832531>Two fools...pathetic'Azul'bros... 'Quattro'bros..Now, who may be this True Newtype Axis, or rather Haman, is looking for?My money is on baby banana
>>23832543It has to be Judau. If she made Sarah see how she died then she likely saw her own canon death. Either she is going to murder Judau or pelvic break him if she gets him.
>>23832556Then if she saw the regular UC timeline, surely she would know she can just walk into Shangri-La and offer her pussy to Judau and have him follow her every command.
>Haman and AmuroHell yeah that's going to be some freaky ass shit I can't wait to see where this goe->Haman and JudauNevermind.
>>23832911Generally speaking Amuro and Char are both weak newtypes unlike Judau and Kamille, it does make sense
>>23832915The fact that Haman is dismissing Char is telling that she is way different from her canon version. I wonder if that attitude is just a cope or if she really has wrote them both off.
Char is obsessed with Lalah just like Haman is with Judau.
>>23832923Even in canon her desire for char was more of a emotional one rather than actually needing his power
>>23832954And in this timeline Char is even more broken up than before, she probably saw what Amuro and Char really are ground their extended interaction(and crying about lalah) on axis and that probably soured her tastes in both men, they’re crying over some dead bitch and have nothing to show for it
>>23832955Amuro seems like he wants Lalah to leave him the fuck alone to be quite honest. Amuro wants to move on with his life, but Char and Lalah won't let him.
>>23832559If this nt is Judau, even Haman has seen both him and her canon death, then she mustn't have much to go off, save for his general appearance and maybe his name.Judau's latent nt bs is yet to be awakened, so there's no nt connection to be had.
Guys, real talk, I just hate this pairing.
>>23832961even if*Now, will our goat leave everything behind to embark on a grand boy touching quest?
>>23832964ZZ goes above and beyond to make this point. Glemy and Roux though, I was all in for that ship.
>>23832968I don't like the whole I can fix her thing. I don't need or want her fixed. I love her as the messed up bitch she is, and I am not entirely sure dick from a 14 year old boy has ever fixed anything.
>>23831098>>Scirocco: (Have you spread your anger for me to her, Kamille? Has she come to rely on you so much that-)For a man that praises women so much, he seems truly surprised that they could ever be angry at him and instantly assumes that a man manipulated them. He really is the worst type of nice guy.
>>23833060Jovians always have a thing about praising women and wanting them at the public forefront but behind the curtains they treat them as agencyless puppets. Scirocco is no different in how he just wants Sarah back as his adoring cheerleader to make himself feel better. >>23832061 had the right idea for fixing that shit.
>>23833071It's a two tone strap on half red and half yellow.
>>23832958they seem to mutually go back and forth between being deranged with char currently the depressed one and amuro the deranged one
>>23832040I think the Scirocco train left after we decided not to give him the Psycho Gundam bullshit and sided with Jerid.
>>23833060well he also manipulates women so he assumes that other capable men would also do that to indirectly attack him
in this run and on the other runs lalah is the absolute evil spirit ot the UC century، she dose not want char to get over her, otherwise he will not end up with her and amuro.even when char was alive she was trying to force that onto him with sweet talking it in older runs. now she had to make them miserable so they would become so hopeless that she could swoop in like an angel and take them to a place where there is no hurt. She lies and deceives to make sure they hate life enough to be with her, before they can meet someone else, move on, and end up with that person instead in the afterlife.char did nothing wrong by her! When he first picked her up, he gave her a clear choice. As shown in the novel:>lalah “It’s almost as if you mean to make me into a soldier.”>char:“That’s correct.”>lalah:“...”>char:“I won’t force you. If your answer is no, I’ll land the ship right now.”>lalah:“You’re joking…” Lalah started to laugh, but when she realized the young man was serious she closed her mouth....> char:“If you want to return to Cabas, that’s fine. Or if you’d like to live on your own, I can at least provide you with a small bit of support.”>lalah:“We’ve only met once before. Why would you go that far?”>char:“I believe I’ve made my intentions known.”>lalah:“I can’t imagine what I’ll be asked to do, but if my abilities can be of use to the Lieutenant Commander then I don’t want to disregard them…this isn’t me being conceited, okay?”>char:“That’s right. Lalah is indispensable.”>lalah:“You never took me as a lover at Cabas.”>"You never took me as a lover" not "what will I do as a soldier", she had the desire to own char even before she died, she considers him hers, not a human with agency that is why she misses up with his mind and posses him, like he warned Kamille in zeta"she will posses you I have been their before"about four.Char was not obsessed with her; she was possessing him
>wanting to groom a powerful Newtype with a seven year age gap because that is your idea of romance and what you wanted/had done to youOh. I get it now.
>>23832530Not to sound like a smug know it all but I find it kind of astounding how little concern this thread feels about Jerid being a complete fucking liability. His relationship with Fa is pretty much a microcosm of his relationship with the Titans and the world at large. It’s self-serving, run entirely on impulses and paranoia either fed to him by other people or his own retarded reasoning, totally fixated on past events with zero concrete plans for the future, and generally makes the people around him worse off, crueler, and more afraid. Every time we leave this dude alone he fucks up an operation, throws away the lives of random people whom he manages to manipulate into following his completely hollow ideals, does a heinous war crime because he cannot get the fuck over Lila or how badly he managed the lunar campaign, gets manipulated into some dumb errand that paralyzes momentum, or is a general fucking prick to anyone that isn’t named Kamille, apart from flip flopping on Leila from time to time.Fa literally told Kamille that she thinks there isn’t enough room at the top for both of the boys and she knows about Jerid’s dickhead obsessions better than anyone else since he apparently never shut the fuck up about getting one over on us while Kamille was actually doing shit on earth (and dicking around with cyberpussy in the labs) while he was busy fucking up on the moon. I will not be surprised in the slightest when this dude just turns into Bask 2.0 once Haman drops a colony on someone and immediately stabs us in the back to do reverse CCA for total spacenoid genocide so he can have the pleasure of ruling the charred corpse of whatever remains alive on earth.Right now there are bigger fish to fry but I do think it’s shocking how unbothered people are about Jerid doing something retarded every time we deal with him.
>>23835172Well probably because since Jerid and Kamille reached understanding he really hasn't done anything crazy besides almost being convinced by the New Desides although it wasn't entirely wrong, both that and Scirocco firing the laser at us
>>23835186To us personally, no, but I really feel like him leaving a sea of blood on the moon and churning through young recruits with obviously hollow promises is going to bite us in the fucking ass. Putting Fa with the Mega Launcher was probably not a super hot idea for us to pick if anons here are worried about our relationship with her/a potential defection the second someone says “there’s an escape from this unending misery parade you’ve been subjected to since Green Noa”, but Jerid’s casual ignorance of Fa’s obvious distress here is generally part of a pattern of behavior where pretty much everyone around him is a tool to be used to swing his dick around no matter how little they deserve it. It’s not exactly like we’re a paragon of virtue either but if we even want to have a semblance of a chance of building a better future and not getting thrown away as soon as Jerid determines we’ve carried his stupid ass far enough, we should at least think about ways to unhitch our wagon from this dumbfuck and undermine his ability to do anything about it. I just wish our options right now weren’t “ally with the guy Jerid is becoming more like every day currently turning the earth into a parking lot after deciding basically orders don’t apply to him, actually” or “ally with the polycule coked the fuck out on Newtype bullshit looking to create the Mahdi but with more pedophilia”. If we can’t build a power base because like every competent named character except our immediate harem is dead or insane we might be fucked.
>>23835186 This pretty much. A lot of his worst I pulses were pre-understanding. Even post, the New Desides stuff felt like a forced rollback for drama as between then and the understanding, he was super chill. For whatever reason, we haven't had influence changes since New Desides (across the board, not just Jerid) but if we had, I imagine he'd be 4/5 now, of not maxed entirely.
>>23835221Most people here have already decided Fa's influence and therefore standing in the fleet is second to last in priority, only really above Sydle who died.I don't really feel too bad for Fa in the megalauncher either because she chose to do it even when our staff told her not to, and since we're in battle you can't coddle herAs for Jerid himself actually turning on Kamille, I think that is merely a influence check, as long as his influence remains high I doubtt he, or anyone else actively affected by the mechanic(while staying high) will actually defect on him unless something DRASTIC happens.
>>23835172Because that is basically the arc that Dimitri in TH went through where he fucked up so much he eventually snapped back to normality and became a proper king. We are banking on that happening to Jerid as well, as it would be a satisfying end for his arc. Although, knowing /m/, we'll probably fuck up the choice that could lead to that.
>>23832531Directionless, guilt ridden, and now on the verge of death from dehydration and exhaust, Quattro uses the last of the commandeer Desert Zaku's power to ambush and destroy two rampaging Mobile Suits belonging to the Federation. Collapsing out from the ruined Desert Zaku's cockpit, Quattro falls to the vast ocean of sand below, his body no longer responding as the unrelenting sun bares down on him.>Quattro: (Lalah...please come for me. I just want to finally sleep for the first time...since your death...)>???: (It is not time for you to join us, Casval Deikun.)Weakly looking up from the burning sand, Quattro finds an apparition of Blex, and countless other faces of the AEUG's departed.>Quattro: (I failed. In the end, I squandered the only thing I still had use as. Amuro is lost to me. Everything we tried to do is-)>Blex?: (To lose your life now would be an insult to everyone who believed in you. One day, you will fulfill your duty. Not today, perhaps not tomorrow, next week, next year...but one day, you will be the one who shall unify the world. Until that day, you will live.)>Quattro: (Blex...! Its over...! Let it someone else...to change the world-)Quattro's vision is interrupted as the opening of a canteen is pressed against his mouth, with a stream of cool water streaming down his gullet. >African Woman: You fought just like Tag did. Rest, pilot. >Quattro: Lalah...? >Masai: Masai. No more words. Just rest. While partially rehydrated, Quattro's still loses consciousness as Masai continues to nurse him water.
>>23835270Oh. Is he going to Laurence of Arabia his way back into decency, or is he going to go full jihadist?
I think it would be really funny if Char somehow meets Judau first.
>>23835270Returning to Granada, Kamille is surprised to find the city more damaged than it was prior to his departure to negotiate at Axis. As he departs from his shuttle with Sarah, Kamille is immediately met with an unusually crestfallen Four Murasame. >Kamille:...Did Jerid do this? So much damage->Four: It was the greatest fight I ever had outside of a Mobile Suit. My every muscle is aching, but my body wanted to continue. Even so...any survivors from that fight were not even shown any respect. They were...butchered. >Kamille: Was it the people of Granada, or was it survivors from the AEUG?>Four: Whoever they were, they put everything into attacking us aboard the ship. I heard another one went wild in a little Mobile Suit. Even so, everything after the battle just felt...nasty. >Kamille: I'll take care of Jerid. Sarah, we need to move. In the moment Sarah steps out from the shuttle, Four appears more bothered than before. >Four: Sarah, are you alright? Did they try to attack you both, or->Sarah: Not now, Four. Please, not now. While Kamille and the others make their way for the Alexandria, Jerid finds himself in a video conference with Bask regarding his new orders. >Jerid:...All of the charges against me are being dropped?>Bask: Those were Jamitov's dealings, not mine. Had we crushed the Lunarians before, this unfortunate conflict could have been ended years ago. As I understand it, Commandant Gable is in no condition to continue leading his forces. I refuse to lose the momentum you have started with the capture of Granada. Zedan's forces will be placed under your command, for the sake of fully subjugating the filth at Side 3. >Jerid: You want me to be the one to lead the invasion? >Bask: Anyone else would botch it. Once Side 3 is made to bend its knee, move the fleets back to Zedan. Our target will be->Jerid: That massive rock that just arrived? >Bask: The Sides. Once and for all, they will be taught the absolute price of rebellion!

>>23835347>Jerid Loyalist 1: Hows the grub? Does it hurt to bite? Hahaha! >Jerid Loyalist 2: Not looking so tough now, are ya?! Lets shove the mops handle up his ass! Stripped, beaten and trapped in pitch darkness, Henken is left to rot in the Solitary Confinement section of the Alexandria's brig, with his tormentors already planning new ways to make him suffer for his attempted boarding of the vessel to assassinate Jerid. Disgusted by the treatment being forced onto Henken, Fa enters with a tray of fresh, untainted food. >Jerid Loyalist 3: Hey, thanks dollface! We'll have to return the favor for you sometime->Fa: Ugh, get away from me. >Jerid Loyalist 2: Unless you want the bossman tossing you out into space, back off his girl. Hey, you didn't bring that food for that piece of a shit in the brig, did ya? >Fa: Regardless of what he did, we are better than this! >Jerid Loyalist 1: Who are you kidding? Behind your cute face, I can tell you want to pincushion that AEUG prick like you did to that fella back in Von Braun. Hey, if you want the honor of killing this guy, I am sure Jerid would only give your ass a couple of smacks-*SMACK* Putting her full strength into the slap, Fa airs her hand from the new stinging sensation, while the militant volunteer swears under his breath from the intense throbbing sensation attacking his cheek.>Jerid Loyalist 1: Y-you bitch and a half...! You think just because Jerid is pumping you, that I won't-Fa flashes a knife hidden on her skirt, eying the arrogant Von Braun thug to step back. Sliding the fresh tray of food into Henken's cell, Fa steps back to join Leila in the hallway. As the two move out of sight, Fa lets out a nervous gasp. >Fa: Those creeps are just so->Leila: You were so cool, Fa~. Leila lays her head onto Fa's shoulder in an attempt to calm her dear friend down. Meanwhile, Kamille is informed of the situation, leading him to the briefing room where Jerid lays in wait.
>>23835355 (me)>>23835361>>23835419I want to believe in my boy so fuckin bad, guys. Copy knows how hard we fought for him and Kamille to bury the hatchet and he keeps twisting the knife. I'm praying we can actually talk this out for real instead of going right into breaking up the dream team.
>>23835361>>Jerid: That massive rock that just arrived? >>Bask: The Sides. Once and for all, they will be taught the absolute price of rebellion!I'm going to wait and see if Jerid wants to disagree or not with hitting Axis first.
>>23835419If it comes down to that Kamille might honestly be recruiting people like the shangri la kids and moderate federation/titan members so he probably would be fine strength wise
>>23835347I wish I could say it feels good to be proven right immediately but it doesn’t.>>23835234In my opinion Fa is the closest thing that represents a “normal person” here, so I kind of feel like how she’s doing generally sort of mirrors how normal people are doing. And she is not doing well, much like the people we are “liberating” are not exactly doing great either. As expected, the occupation and invasion Jerid was put in charge of has resulted in massive collateral damage because he’s a dumb prick who only cares about swinging his dick around and aura farming instead of actually trying to build power. In the long term I don’t really think it matters if we get him to not bite the hand that feeds him if the world wants to kick our asses because we decided to go to bat for Pol Pot on the Moon. Like, do you think the survivors on the moon and in the places we wrestled away from Karaba/AEUG are going to see us as saviors or do you think they’re going to defect immediately to the God Empress and/or Syrupman when they rock up and denounce us as fascists that are the product of a failed democracy and that only enlightened despotism can save them now.Like if our main allies basically just assume that every single person that isn’t us is a Crypto-Zeek and they cannot be convinced otherwise surely it’d just make more sense to throw in with the Zeeks since they’re going to get accused of being filthy alien lovers anyway. The Titan ideology is a cancer and if we don’t want the entire world to come together kick our asses we need to purge the retards who are lining up three generations of a family against walls for once having made eye contact with an Anaheim receptionist.I’m not saying we need to throw in with the freak show that is Haman and Amuro’s Amazing Child Zoo but we need to either make Jerid shape the fuck up in a real fucking hurry or marginalize him unless you want to be living under Jupiter Man’s Smartocracy. Again.

>>23835425>Kamille: Jerid, we need to talk->Jerid: Yeah, we do. So, who filled you in? Brooker? Konging? Better not have been that tubby tard we picked up from Pezun. Whatever you heard though, I took care of it. AEUG is done, save for the guy in the brig. That rock isn't AEUG's, is it? >Kamille: They are from Zeon. >Jerid: Explains why that goggled moron has lost any sense. Listen, some things happened while you were gone. Jamitov is dead->Kamille: I...heard. Jerid, the people in charge of that place are dangerous. Very dangerous->Jerid: Still haven't figured out the trick that bitch pulled before. Bask just assigned me control over the fleet at Zedan. Given the position, he made me a full bird Colonel. >Kamille: Jerid, don't pull that rank crap on me right now->Jerid: Kiss my ass, who do you think I am? Main point is that we have some options on how to take down those rock Zeeks. So, what did you find out there? They try to recruit you and Scirocco's->Kamille: Hey! >Jerid: Have to walk on friggin egg shells every time with...ugh! Look, just...can you fill me in, man? Revealing what had occurred at Axis, along with its political leader being a child, Jerid silently absorbs all of the information presented to him without a single word. Upon Kamille finishing, Jerid takes a stand from his seat, smacking his hands together to produce a loud clap. >Jerid:Alright. Considering they haven't made good on that warning they left in front of Anaheim's headquarters, they think you might play ball with them. Once I get full control over Zedan's forces, we will have just what we need to take these bastards out, swift and fast. We pull this off, the Earth and Colonies will have to choose between us, and Bask. That asshole Scirocco isn't getting out of this either. We do this right, and the Colonies will submit to us when the time is right. >Kamille: You are underestimating how dangerous this "Axis" group is.

>>23835524Jerid has the right idea, but he's undermining the shit out of Axis. Not to mention Mike and other glowies can still fuck us over when we aren't looking.
>>23835524I never should've doubted him. THE DREAM TEAM IS STILL STRONG>>23835542I'm honestly not sure. Depends on what our space forces look like now that the AEUG is finished. Personally I think getting the Bardam out to our forces is key.
>>23835536I suppose there are still some Feddies alive, though in what condition considering the shitshow on Earth remains to be seen.Kikka/Katz feel like nonstarters and they’re either going be a big problem or job like Mex. I don’t see a sustainable alliance with them.Immortal Fourth and Yazan’s group seem somewhat viable but they jobbed super hard so we’ll see.Anaheim at least had a profit incentive to sell us shit but the Titans opted for Total Moon Genocide so that’s not on the table anymore. No idea if it’s possible to use their greed for personal gain within the confines of GG though.Judau’s group I don’t see joining us if we don’t tone down the “spacenoids get the wall” Jerid’s brain dead ideology that has spread through the Alexandria like a fast acting poison. It’d be really out of character unless Judau’s whole thing is radically altered as he is fundamentally, A Good Boy who seems largely indifferent to internecine squabbling.Sayla I feel like it depends on what dumb shit Char is going to get up to in order to fuck us over. Ple I think it depends on a) if Glemy is even still alive or if Haman just brained him the second the Newtype machine elves told her his idiocy was going to destroy Axis and b) whether she’s completely in the tank for Haman/Mineva or whether they just kind of see her as the weird cousin they mostly just try to keep from doing anything dumb or whether her situation is actually unbearable suffering for crimes her alternate self did against Axis. If it’s the latter two things there’s a chance.I also forgot about the ALF but that’s somehow even more suicidal than teaming up with Bask.
Not that i'm doubting Jerid, but did uncle Bask not say anything about Kamille?
>>23835577Most of Jerid's personal fleet are spacennoids at this point, but I don't think he actually hates spacenoids as a default, he even thinks Bask is retarded for trying to destroy the colonies>>23835524The only saving grace for getting Kikka and Katz is the fact that they're under Loran's control, hes probably going to go against India labs who's clearly backing Bask
>>23835577>Immortal Fourth and Yazan’s group seem somewhat viable but they jobbed super hard so we’ll see.Yazan did, but did the IF even do anything in the battle of Grenada? I guess they should be the Immortal Duo now.
>>23835524Jerid swings his fist into the table, causing its edge to slightly crack as he forces himself to be calm.>Jerid: That feeling of someone rooting around in your head...it was just like what Leila did to me. If they have people who can pull that shit, I am not letting my guard down with them. If I seriously was underestimating them, I would have told Bask that he was sitting our seats and ignored him...but that would have been the "dumb" call, right? Might makes right, and we need the full might of the Titans to put these deep space Zeeks down quickly. Kamille remains silent as he realizes Jerid's determination, along with his willingness to compromise on his usual attitude for the sake of his dream. Even so, Haman's words echo through his mind..."No, the Newtype I seek is the final key to everything. When the Colonies are secured, we shall meet again. Friend or traitor, you both will take your places in the history I will forge."Whatever Haman had planned, her voice was confident. So confident, as if she had already seen herself as the absolute victor of this looming conflict. Already knowing of the danger Bask was capable of, Kamille finds himself between a rock and a hard place. Knowing that his words would be the one to decide Axis's reaction to the forces standing at his side, Kamille makes his decision...
>>23835524>Once I get full control over Zedan's forcesRemember guys, Haman like ramming things with Axis. Be prepared to launch a mission to destroy the nuclear engines on Axis you want to keep Zedan in play.
>>23835611[The following decision will decide a major gameplay shift. Three special routes will be available to choose from] >REMAIN WITH TITANS"Remain aligned with the Titans, using their vast military to face against the Menace of Axis! (Continue with current campaign)>ALIGN WITH AXIS"Accept Axis's offer to join forces in dismantling the corrupted Titans, along with deciphering the truth of Haman's true ambitions." (New custom campaign will begin, with Axis tech tree being granted over time)>MIGHT MAKES RIGHT"Embolden Jerid to join Kamille in standing against both Bask's Titans and Axis, using Granada and Anaheim's resources to form a newborn organization. (New custom campaign will begin with Jerid/Kamille controlled Granada facing off against both sides. AEUG/Titan dev tree)*MAJOR DECISION!*>Which route will be chosen for the Titans Kamille campaign?https://strawpoll.com/1MnwkG4k5n7*MAJOR DECISION!*
>>23835639>against the Menace of AxisSay that again?
>>23835639Not going to read SHIT, the decision is madeMIGHT.MAKES.RIGHT.
>>23835639Ok /m/en, give me a damn good reason to not bro it up with Jerid and go against the entire world right this fucking second before I submit my vote
>>23835644Though rallying the Titans woulda been the more sensible choiceOh well
>>23835639Oh hell yeah MIGHT MAKES RIGHT. By far the most interesting option here.I imagine this will be a kind of campaign derived from Casval's Neo Zeon or Kycillia's Zeon since they're based out of Granada.
>>23835647I agree. I'm not convinced that completing trashing the old logistics and burning bridges is a good thing, especially since Kamille and Jerid are probably keeping Drake because firing isn't a thing in Gihren's Greed, is it? Narratively, could screw Kamille and Jerid over.
>>23835646I think Jerid is retarded and a complete fucking menace to anything resembling an orderly, functioning society. He has done almost nothing but distract us, fuck us over, and abuse our considerably more useful and somehow more grounded companions in Four and Sarah, and basically treated the average person (again, represented by Fa) like disposable tools. Literally this very update he just did another fucking slaughter in Granada. He’s a rabid dog that’s barely better than Bask as far as I’m concerned and we’re his Jamitov. Being Jamitov fucking sucks. I’d rather throw in with the fucking Zeeks than continue to entertain his fucking horseshit. Apart from accidentally killing Sidle in an act of violence that no character seems to acknowledge whatsoever for some reason, possibly because random acts of violence against our allies is so fucking normalized now, Four has pretty much not been anything but helpful and she thinks he’s bad news. Same with Sarah, whom he also treats like shit. I’m with Four on this. Fuck Jerid, he’s a lost cause.
>>23835662I imagine that by cutting ties with Bask and giving the finger to Axis, we'd get a refreshed roster of sorts. Disaffected Feds like White Dingo, the Bosnia captain, Kou, Keith and Christina as well as former AEUG like Roux who, despite hating the Titans, are so opposed to Axis that Kamille and Jerid are a better alternative.Drake might very well be replaced with Henken as a lifeline to sort the entire mess out. Not to mention, Axis and the Titans will be in open war with each other while the Devils become, well, a new AEUG.
>>23835646We were literally about to take him to task for fucking up another operation before he decided to get us sidetracked on another bullshit scheme of his. Seriously, every time someone is about to make some kind of forward progress Jerid interrupts the scene or deflects responsibility for being a trigger happy retard on some other nonsense and /m/ keeps fucking falling for it somehow.
>>23835647>rallying the Titans woulda been the more sensible choiceIf we serve Bask we'd have to commit genocide when he asks us to. Sure, Jerid would be a Colonel that's more or less the second highest position after Bask himself but Bask isn't the type to have any patience or tact if we disobey him directly. Jerid would also be Colonel over Kamille so unlike how Kamille would have equality with Jerid in the Might Makes Right route or preferential treatment by Axis in the Axis route he'd be playing second fiddle fully to Jerid.
>>23835673The choice says explicitly we’d be working to remove Bask.
>>23835639Might Makes Right simply seems the most interesting, it also could give us the option to get AEUG goodies that we've missed out on along with the titan tree.
>>23835639>Two choices are getting fucked with lube>Last option sounds to good to be true. Might Makes Right is going to win but I get the worst feeling Copy is luring us into that.
>>23835674Sure but it wouldn't be as direct and obvious as immediately rebelling in Granada or joining Axis. It'd take time to set up camp at Zedan, win the loyalty of Yazan's men, scheme with the other anti-Bask Titans, etc., so I wouldn't be surprised if Bask orders us to do a genocide or two before we are fully ready.
>>23835683Eh, it's just the most interesting, also in theory we'd get the ability to actually decide tech for our forces and control other fleets again
>>23835665Well damn, i see you're not a fan of Jerid, but joining the zeeks?I understand the comparison in our little Jamitov/Bask-Kamille/Jerid dynamic, but unlike the lost cause that Bask is, Jerid has shown signs of development. He dropped the earthnoid supremacy thing, siding with and rallying any men willing to fight the good fight, whether they hail from space or not. That and he seems to respect and treat Fa with a degree of dignity now. He's just really sensitive about people getting into his head, and i can't imagine anyone in our crew being to happy around the constant assault on the senses that being around axis will bring them.
>>23835692Personally I voted for sticking with the Titans to remove the filth from the organization. I’m just saying that of the three options, I think letting Jerid make any more decisions rather than telling him to fuck off or at least telling him “no” is a bad idea that will win us no allies, probably alienate the two reliable allies we have, most likely further immiserate poor Fa, and puts us at the extremely volatile whims of a dude who literally cannot stop doing war crimes on the moon, seriously. His “development” has resulted in him raping and pillaging another city and giving an opposing army no quarter this very update, and the characters identified as “Jerid loyalists” have demonstrated the wise ideology of their idol by torturing a POW and probably would have assaulted Fa if she didn’t pull a fucking knife on them. We’re building a second Jupiter Energy Fleet over here putting in with him. At best we create a society that’s a survival of the fittest society where unimaginable human suffering maybe produces some moderates like Challia Bull or Syrup Man in a few decades, at worst we get branded as enemies of humanity by literally any other party looking to take power and it wouldn’t even be terribly hard to convince anyone of that.
Guys, we are so terrible at the "Cozy up to guy and undermine him" game, the Titans route is a non-starter. We're talking about fucking Bask, even if we do somehow manage to depose him or sneakily kill him and have Jerid become the face, would we even really want the army of psychopaths he's turned (lol) the remaining Titans into? When we can barely control our current gaggle of volunteers? I honestly find myself oddly drawn to the idea of aligning with Axis simply because it's interesting especially for the selection of characters we have and because of how strange they are this run for some reason. But I get that's pretty much a no-go as well.Might is, I feel, the Right decision. We have zero backing from any major power and we have so few pilots. It's probably best if we act as a lean strike force on its own for at least a little while. We'll actually get to make an affirmative case for ourselves and give a vision of the future and not have to do the dirty work to prove ourselves loyal. Plus it's probably our best bet to shop around for the disaffected pilots who are no longer in a faction.
>>23835720I can't recall the last time we succeeded in undermining our faction leader, unless we were playing as them.
>>23835724The one time I can remember was during Titans Amuro but that was a Gundom run. We backed Scirocco in deposing Jamitov then later baited him into a trap against Axis, it was a pretty cool moment. One that Amuro's last good ones actually.Other than that, the problems sorta just resolved themselves without our involvement. Even in this run, Bel shot him but he was fucked anyway because he ran into Psycho Reccoa.
>>23835732In general we've kinda just won by doing nothing and not playing ball with our orders once we got out of the early game. Not saying it'll remain like this mind you, but it's really hard for me to even consider Axis a threat considering how everything has gone, I'm going to need to see an actual display of power from them in gameplay first, right now it's just aura farming.
>>23835639I cannot understate how little I wish to align with Bask, even if it's only to maybe fuck him over later. I would genuinely side with Axis and trust our ability to simply start the Federation over with Jerid's new stock of volunteers. That's a much more interesting position to find ourselves in, frankly. Might is almost certainly going to win, though. Which I'm fine with.
>>23835639I'm voting for allying with Axis so far outside of them being weird, but I mean what Newtype isn't? They haven't done anything evil and actively denounced the AEUG leaders as being not part of their movement. Might's probably going to win but I don't thing going that route's going to go great with Jerid's skill being primarily in drawing terrible people to work with him as goons that he's been unable to keep in line. My biggest worry isn't even at what the fuck Axis is going to do that's probably evil but in the fact we're going to be telling Jerid pack your bags we're betraying the guy who just made you his second in command to go hitch our ride to some space kooks and Jerid just leaving understandably over us going crazy. Hopefully Jerid can stand being there and serve as a sane person who's largely immune to Newtype bullshit as we ride the new world order to the top.
>>23835639Might is Right seems the most fitting narratively, with our own organization we won't be anyone's puppets anymore and can allow our beliefs to shine.
>>23835769>They haven't done anything evil and actively denounced the AEUG leaders as being not part of their movementYou drank too much of the koolaid, they only denounced them because they failed as puppets, notice how AEUG knew they were coming and tried to stall for that, also AEUG remnants being picked up by Axis
>>23835639>REMAIN WITH TITANSStay in the Titans event tree but its mostly over at this point. Axis will drop a colony I guess. Bask is an asshole and I forsee a lot of bullshit rolls, but we'll theoretically get more forces. >ALIGN WITH AXISBACK TO THE NEWTYPE LABS ASSHOLEYOU WANT WEIRD SEX STUFF MIXED WITH WAR CRIMES, HERE'S THE CHOICE FOR YOU!>MIGHT MAKES RIGHTThis sounds suspiciously like Tem Ray's army with various characters added to our roster and some playing with the tech meters. We'd be up a creek without a paddle but hey, we'll already know that Bask wants to kill us and so will Haman. I just kinda wish we had a chance of getting Purus on our team without going Axis.
>>23835778It’s probably more like we take aeug’s place game wise with Granada as our HQ and all, but we get a mix of titans and aeug tech, wonder if that means we can restart the zeta line of ms
>>23835774Look I think Amuro and Char were just feeding the other members lies to get them to work with them. Char and Amuro are actually just outcasts for past shit that happened at Axis and they were the main shit stirrers in the organization.
>>23835792Do you seriously not see the connection between Amuro being guided by visions to Haman being able to show Sarah how she died to conveniently manipulate her?Axis is not innocent, they protected the Anaheim factory because it’s always been theirs.
>>23835795I don't think either of them are with the current Axis regime at best Amuro was an unwitting pawn who went off the deep end. Even in his insane ramblings Amuro was still talking about making the world a better place, I think Axis this run wants to make the world a better Newtype guided place or at the very least that's what the vast majority of their organization is being fed that as a lie for a shady leadership Kabal and frankly as one of the most powerful Newtypes in the setting shacking up with the people who yearn for a Newtype led Utopia feels like a good idea since even if there is a shadow cabal using that as a fake message most members of the organization would follow us into making it the real message since that's what they'd think too.
Alright, Let do it differently this time!>>23835639I voted for MIGHT MAKES RIGHT because this kind of option we hardly get to go with and maybe we will have the chance to rename Kamile custom faction as the Olympians and get White Dingo from get go.Another reason is Kamile kinda already established his base of operation on the moon, wasn't this the first step to achieve independence and don't we want Kamile to stop being subservient. This option could also means we get pick more custom MS for grunts and ace, just as we did with Bardam. Since they have Aneheim factories, the possibilities are endlessly.>>23835778Lol, Copy X really like this idea this round.>REMAIN WITH TITANSThey are going to have a civil war(Aeno vs Bask) which means more politicking and I am tired of that.>ALIGN WITH AXISThey are also going to have a civil war(Zabi vs Haman) but politicking with newtype mind game and I am sick of those.>MIGHT MAKES RIGHTThey are going to have a civil war(Kamile vs Jerid) too, just without much politicking since Jerid is Jerid and the rest are loyal enough, but then again who know our votes might change all of that.
>>23835580Bask is not completely politically clueless - likely, his entire purpose in calling Jerid at all was to weaken Kamille's standing by driving a wedge in our diarchy. If Jerid happens to kill a bunch of spacenoids along the way, that's a nice bonus for Bask.
>>23835665>wahhh these characters aren't our obedient little puppets with no motivations or agencyOkay Scirocco
It's too late to matter, but seemingly very few posters read the part where the Titans Path involves "removing Bask from power and stabilising the Titans".It is categorically NOT "siding with Bask" as some have portrayed it.Anyway Copy designed this choice knowing full well which way we are going, I think. Let's get to it.
>>23835845They read it, they just know that it's not a reasonable expectation. Just because it's written as the intended path doesn't mean it's actually going to get done. It's more a suggestion than anything. The part where it's siding with Bask is the fact we'll be working with him at all. Which WILL require us to do some rank shit to prove our loyalty or face immediate excommunication because it's fucking Bask. Overcoming the grip the guy has on the Titans at the moment isn't really feasible, and again, would we even want the rank-and-file under his command?
Is this gundam in GG yetIf not, any anon want to cleans and resizes it for GG mod use?
>>23835947GP04 is already in GG. You get it during the Delaz conflict with high order.
>>23835956thank
>>23835843That’s not the issue; the issue is that Jerid cannot be trusted with even the simplest of tasks or left unsupervised for ten seconds without him managing to fuck something up. I literally trust Leila more than him right now. Fucking Leila “Total Kobayashi Death” Raymond.
>>23836091Why are you talking like you missed several events inbetween, even here Jerid waited for Kamille’s thoughts before running off with Bask. Also why wouldn’t you trust Leila? She’s literally a different person right now
>>23836117Leila's actually been pretty fun these days. She's sorta become a new Emma and I enjoy her being super protective of Fa.
>>23836117Did you miss the event that just happened where he chimped out? We were literally about to yell at him before he decided to drop this horseshit on us.
>>23836173You mean the event where AEUG remnants launched a last ditch attack? You’re literally letting your bias cloud you, Granada is in a different state since Kamille left because the Alexandria got attacked, that’s what four was talking about
>>23836173>Did you miss the event that just happened where he chimped out?see>>23830676
>>23836178Jesus Christ, even I missed that last part and I'm already on Team Jerid. I knew they were going to attack but not that Astonaige straight went on a rampage in the medical district of all places.
The headline facts are that while we were away and Jerid was in caretaker charge, he:>set up the injured men in the hospital>fended off a last ditch attack from AEUG remnants led by Astonaige and apprehended Henken (Argama Kai captured intact?)>correctly judged that Axis would not make a move against him taking the Anaheim HQ after Haman left>let the Titans on Earth know what is happening here, which will help morale (it's better for us if they at least fight off Karaba and Axis aligned forces more effectively)>stabilised the situation in Granada with his typical brutal tactics - they are at least effective>convinced Bask to basically let us handle space>got handed authority over the Zedan fleet>didn't actually side with Bask in doing so>no massive fights broke out between our team members throughout this processIt looks like he did a good job to me.
anti-jerid anons acting like hot shit before a major decision talking about how he is literally the worst and a colossal fuckup who never does anything right despite evidence to the contrary? sounds like a normal evening for this run.
I voted join Axis not just because I am a simp, but also they seem really fucked up and hornier than usual this run, and I need to know what happened to these people. They have the most interesting storyline right now imo.
>>23835639Isn’t the whole reason why we pushed on Granada so hard is to make a base there, I don’t see why we wouldn’t do might makes right
>>23836275gray aeug 2.0? no thanks
>>23836290I do a lot of drugs and don't remember that run.
>>23836297oh no... that was a traumatizing experience... poor char...
>>23836275You don’t really need to join them to find out what happened to them
>>23835639Might makes right sounds like the most interesting option and is fitting with Kamille growing tired with incompetent adults/senior officers/politicians. I hope it doesn't bug out the game.
>>23837033Considering Granada is a pretty common start position, I don't see how it could. Can just do a modified Quattro AEUG campaign as a base.
Listen. I'm not saying we aren't gonna suffer for going against the world. It will be painful, it will be bleak. We will lose fights we wanted to win, and we will make sacrifices we wanted to prevent.BUT THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL. I don't know why I've been on an Abba kick or why this song's coming to mind on us going against the world. But it is.
>>23837480We will outlast Bask, I'm confident of that much at least. We still need to see just how powerful Axis' regular forces are. And, if we don't kill Amuro, he's going to cobble together some sort of faction, I reckon.
>>23837480I think we’ll be able to outlast Bask since he’s mostly only got like 2/3 of the immortal fourth, a crispy Yazan, and Katz/Kikka, it’s more that I don’t know if we’ll be able to take on Axis. They’re fresh, probably have a high tech level due to their connection to AEUG, have a decent number of NT pilots or cyber NTs that can more easily be tardwrangled (Mashymre in particular), have Amuro and Char, have hands that are very clean right now, and the way things are headed are probably gonna get Judau and co. too. Their main weakness has always been Glemy’s ability to pull officers away and having an army of really strong clones driving pretty disgusting rigs, but Haman has future sight so who the hell knows what’s been done with him. Or Ple, for that matter. Really not keen on dealing with her as an enemy considering how susceptible our best allies are to NT nonsense. There’s also the issue of whether we can get Jerid to stay in line. I’m not convinced we’re gonna be able to fix him, personally.
>>23837690Yazan is probably going to join us just because fighting everyone sounds so damn fun, Katz and Kikka might not join up with Bask though, wouldn't be shocked if this causes the labs to split too
>>23837693Best case scenario we get Sayla to come out of retirement to stop her onii-chan from blowing the earth up. If we play our cards right we might be able to swing Judau (which I think gives us a shot at getting Ple and depending on how bad things are going for him, Glemy and Ple’s sisters), but I think that’d depend on our alignment. The way we’ve been comporting ourselves recently and the work culture where our female staff need to be armed in order to protect themselves from our own grunts doesn’t exactly breed confidence. Knowing our luck we’ll get Beecha and nobody else somehow.
>>23835577>>23837703Based on Copy X's posts >>23820834 >>23820855Currently we have at least one Glemy running around claiming that he IS Char Aznable, although he doesn't seem to have the real Char's charisma. Unless we can really get under Char!Glemy's skin and give him a full on identity crisis, I don't think we can drive a wedge between him and Haman.Honestly, I'm afraid that Ple might be a lost cause given how deep the Axis Zeon cyber-newtype indoctrination seems to go. For all we know, their minds are so thoroughly scrubbed that they're little more than lobotomized dolls.
I'm telling you it would be really REALLY funny if Char got to Judau first.
>>23837831Newtype dolls love Kamille this run, probably because he connects with them and makes them feel something more than being a tool, we shouldn’t fish one thoughBut if one does come for us I wouldn’t be opposed to letting one in
>>23835270Even mentally and emotionally broken and on the cusp of death, Char can't help himself but fold for a chocolate mommy whom him to project his abandonment issues onto.
>>23835639God I hope Might Makes Right wins, I want our Bardam forces so bad
>>23837942Didn't we reject the Barazam (ugly) when it was presented to us earlier in favor of the Xeku Eins (kewl) or am I misremembering?
>>23837943Kamille basically rejected the Barzam and made them redesign it to be more of a Gundam Mk2 MP suit which you can see here >>23837942Funny enough I think ALL of this happened before 12 turns passed in game
>>23837842I’d rather have Ple’s KONO PURESSHA GA on our side rather than against us is all I’m saying. Last thing we need is to send Leila or Four out there and Ple’s insane fucking NT aura aggravating the voices in their heads. It’d probably happen if we recruited some Ples either way but it’d be better for it to happen in the mess hall rather than against her as an enemy combatant. Also our crew really needs to lighten the fuck up.
>>23837942We should get them no matter what? Otherwise it would be like the choice we made earlier to defer getting regular Barzams had no upside, and we just hamstrung ourselves with Hizacks for nothing.
>>23838014We probably won't get them if axis vote wins, Might makes Right will give us AEUG tech which is better off since the titans tech tree is pretty much at its end for us since scirocco already jumped ship
>>23838022I don't see why not if the design was made by Kamille. That should go for anything else the group stole like the nemos or hyaku shiki
>>23838026Kamille didn't make the design, the Pezun engineer did to Kamille's complaints and I doubt Pezun is going to ship any to us if we outright join Zeon, we don't even have themKamille also actually designed Zeta and we couldn't make a new one, although that probably can change with might is right
>>23835639outcome being might makes right isnt surprising but im genuinely surprised that fight with axis got more votes than staying with the titans
>>23838136never underestimate haman simps
>>23838136Granted it is a much more interesting trajectory and frankly probably less exhausting idea than going with the remaining Titans
>>23835639>MIGHT MAKES RIGHT WONWe've become the fucking kings of the moonhttps://youtu.be/G-UN6uRMBRw?si=4q3P5WX-5vzS7WFh
>>23838260Hopefully we end up better than the "king" of Mars.
>>23838327We just need to not grasp anything too soon. Easier said than done.
>>23838327>>23838357If anything I imagine Jerid will stick Kamille in the bowels of Granada to restart the Zeta Project and start making new MS designs as soon as possible. While Jerid himself makes speeches and starts recruiting named characters, namely Federation and Titans soldiers who don't want to serve under Bask.Remember earlier in the run not a single HLV left California base and AEUG was beaten into a corner early on. So there was never any mass Federation defects to AEUG. Meaning there's a lot of possible aces that could join us there. I do wonder if Yazan will join our faction too. Since he fought alongside us and presumably is being cared for by us. Imagine all Yazan needs though is a good mobile suit and a strong enemy to fight though.
>>23835639"What had the war between the Titans and AEUG truly been for? Had anything changed? Were all those sacrifices simply inevitable? To choose between a monster he knew all to well, and monsters that had claimed him as a brother in arms...either way, it would be serving the interests of the same adults that continued to spiral the world into chaos. Even so, the only choice was...was to...">Kamille: No more!! >Jerid: Hah? >Kamille: How long are we going to do this?! Until all of us our sent to our deaths?! Until all of humanity just burns itself down to cinder and ash?! I can't take it any more! >Jerid:...I get it. Having to stomach playing along with Bask feels like were being made to lay on hot coals, but what other choice do we have, right? One day, the Titans will be ours to->Kamille: We aren't going to be anyones puppet any longer! Without people like us, the Titans would still be trapped in a ceaseless war with the AEUG! Even after we defeat Zeon, people Bask are only going to create future enemies for all of mankind! The only way this cycle ends...if we break it!>Jerid:...You saying what I think you are? Cause frankly, it's reckless, stupid, and likely to get us all killed...is what I was expecting you to start spouting. >Kamille: No one else is dying needlessly. The leader of that Zeon group thinks we are still on their side, meaning they won't interfere if we use the remaining facilities here to arm up.>Jerid:...Yeah. >Kamille: Whatever they kept us from accessing before, it has to have value! They won't stop us from using it now, so we have more than a real chance to->Jerid: Yeah! Hell yeah! We were the ones who did this! We took the Moon! Now we will-Stopping himself, Jerid sprints towards the rooms view screen, rapidly shifting an exterior camera to a observation pod over the Moon.>Jerid: They say the Moon was once part of the Earth. A chunk knocked away during its formation. That makes this rightful clay of the Earth.
>>23839100Moving his hands towards the screen, Jerid chuckles to himself.>Jerid: Lila, the people of Ayers, Gady...all of them brought us here. The highest mountain that stands above the Earth. Our..."Olympus". >Kamille: Olympus? Like the one on Mars?>Jerid: What? No, like the Mythological one. It was said that the Titans, the mightiest and strongest of all the being, ruled over the Earth in every way, shape and form with their raw power. In the end though, a newer, stronger pantheon would usurp them, and would take absolutely everything for themselves to rule. We crush Bask, we crush anyone and anything from these deep space Zeeks, and the future will be ours! Yeah...I know exactly what is meant for us now.>Kamille: You'll fight with me then, no matter where it takes us?>Jerid: I always planning on taking Bask down and yanking Jamitov from his throne. Knowing we don't have to lower ourselves to their bullshit...yeah, i'll fight through hell itself for what is waiting for us! To take our place as the Olympians of everything in existence! [Influence with Jerid has reached 5/5.]Lingering in the shoal zone above Granada's orbit, dozens of the shadow Mobile Suits under Haman's control stare down upon the damaged city. As all of these shadows vanish back into a gargantuan structure hiding amongst the debris, Haman can't help but cackle as she senses Kamille's intentions.>Haman: (Draw them out then, boy. Awaken the Newtypes, and Shepard them to me. Uhuhuh...awahahaha~!!)[END OF EPISODE 19][NEXT EPISODE PREVIEW: Born from the Titans, the "Olympians" rise to face two titanic forces. From the ambition of the two young men leading this movement, a new spiral of conflict is born. Who will survive?]
>>23839129What's our overall influence looking like now?
>>23839129I honestly thought we had stopped doing influence since it didn't come up after several choices I would have expected to impact it.Also>Kamille: Olympus? Like the one on Mars?Kamille probably thinks the Titans are just named like that to sound powerful, huh.Haman already knows what we're doing, so that thing about keeping it a secret is dead on arrival. Fortunately Haman doesn't really seem to care what we so specifically, just that we keep fighting. It's quite probable than she wants us to find Judau specifically.I'm just slightly disappointed there is no immediate reward to getting 5/5 with Jerido. I thought we might get, for example, a permanent bonus or information that keeping it at 5 would prevent any chance of him rebelling against us to take sole control of the Olympians.
>>23839302I expected a gay sex scene, but I'll take a scene of Jerid and Kamille broing it up to the max.
>>23839324Let’s just hope Jerid doesn’t fully emulate Zeus and starts raping anything he deems desirable at random. Kamille at this rate is going to end up as the Hades in this system. Who fits Poseidon?
>>23839337Amuro - ZeusLalah - LedaChar - ApolloSayla - DianaKamille - MercuryHaman - CybeleJudau - DionysusHonestly Amuro should be Hephaestus and Scirocco should be Zeus/Jupiter but I wanted to be really clever and pat myself on the back with the swan imagery.
>>23839337>>23839383You guys are forgetting the founding myth of the actual Olympians.Chronos the leader of the Titans obsessed with his own virility and youth devoured his children to prolong himself. His wife Rhea sent their latest child Zeus away and tricked Chronos into eating a stone. Later Zeus became a water bearer for the Titans and tricked Chronos, slashing open his stomach and freeing his siblings. Zeus took his older siblings away and thus they began plotting and fighting to destroy the Titans. Namely getting the help of other beings the Titans hurt like the Hundred-handed ones and the Cyclopes. At this moment in time Kamille is most like Zeus convincing his elder brothers to fight against the Titans.
>>23839302Same, regarding the influence. Haven't seen it in a good long while, though I'm not sure I'm measuring that in terms of posts or actual time.
>>23839129This will lead to either a massive catastrophic clusterfuck, or pure, undiluted kino of the highest order. Only time will tell.
>>23839709No matter how it turns out, I think this is easily the best run Copy's ever done, tied with the Ramba run. Barring a few hiccups with the labs, it's the most on-point Copy has written.
>>23839747I am really excited for the next part of the Ramba Ral run. I want to see slightly more retarded Machu in action.
>>23839773Machu and Du-chan must carry on the will and the t-shirts of Tidetown, for Woody
[Currently building the "Might Makes Right" scenario. Hopefully it should be ready to start by 4/30/2026. Until then, I will start a new thread before this one dies so interest remains until its completion.]>>23839435>>23839152[My notes for influence got a little screwed up, so it will be partially retired for the next phase of the game. Having said that, it will have a very tangible effect for everything that was collected/lost when the next part starts up]
>>23839856To be honest I think most of the cast but Fa and Drake would probably be 4-5/5 anyways at this point
>>23839856Aw. I hoped we'd get more opportunities to make it up to Fa. Ah well, looking forward to the rest.
