Touma had to work for half the show to get every swordsman on his side so that Xross Saber could be born, and because of that, it ties into the characters arcs of nearly the whole cast, three of those characters even had to go through major development during the debut episode itself in order to make it happen. It's one of the biggest showcases of Saber's themes of unity and cooperation.

I wish they did little short stories about Decade entering worlds based off later shows. One thing I felt was kind of underutilized with him was how he interacted with each world using the powers of other Riders. So like in the World of Zeztz, he might utilize Wizard's power to enter people's mind worlds to enter the dream realm. In the World of Saber, he might get cheeky and say "Didn't you hear? Kids these days are way more into games than books," and transform into Ex-Aid.Better yet, you wouldn't even have to use Decade at all. Just have full blown crossovers between Riders from different shows. It could be in short story format, or a short comic miniseries, or even a game like Memory of Heroes.

Hikawa and one of Hojo's bunshin scuffle with Kino and the drag queen and escape, and an invisible prisoner that Hikawa beat up in prison who now looks up to him as a big tough man reveals that he was following them all along and stole Kino's cure to the necrosis during the scuffle and joins their group. Hojo also reveals that the drag queen is wearing his girlfriend's ring, making it the real culprit, killing his girlfriend with telekinetic powers.

On the note of Zeztz's ExDream not having the weight of a proper payoff, I do think they could have spent more time on Baku fixing it up. A whole episode might be too much but if they killed Baku at the 5 minute mark and gone into the existentially horrific true nature of his precognition before the fixing sequence then we could have had primo Kamikino.I'd guess they did it this way to keep the overall pacing of the arc but a high concept episode where Baku has an eternity in the dreamspace between heartbeats to figure out how his precognition actually works so he can save everyone ala Doctor Who's Heaven Sent would have been standout. By the looks of the preview it either has to be time compression or time travel at work here. We already had the precedent of Baku bringing back future items with him so the latter makes more sense but that has some pretty gnarly implications on his deaths.
