Crossovers are more for lesser anime ips and gacha first ips. Crossovers don't matter for big dogs like gundam, dragonball and pokemon for example. Crossovers are more likely to expose their fanbase to a lesser ip that they haven't heard of or know much about making them spend less time or money on the big ip. A big ip is already well known enough, you won't see many hololive first fans get into gundam because of a crossover because they likely already know what gundam is all about. Dokkan battle for example has been one of the top performing gacha for 11+ years by reusing gokus and vegeta of various scenes and rarity, them doing a crossover would be detrimental.

Kompu gacha is something different. Specifically it's gacha where you have to roll specific items in a gacha to unlock a completion item. So say you need to roll a zaku, a zaku zook, and a zaku MG all from the same banner and in doing so you unlock a char's custom zaku. My SP and SSP units so far. Started playing recently with the anniversary. I realize some of these choices are odd. Really wanted to SP the G-Falcon X though just because it should theoretically be the strongest 7th Space War suit. Also for some reason always liked the Octape's design. Same with the GQX RX-78 and the Nouvel GM.
