It's impossible Conscientiousness (the term for it) especially to the degree that Twilight has is something born nor made and in the 5% chance it is made it's made extremely early in life. As was shown in the show it's not all that great a thing to have at times but generally as was also shown in the show you're basically destined for greatness if you have it and will become leader of a country of you wish People do become more conscientious as they get older naturally but not by much. Now this isn't to say that you can't heavily force yourself to do it but I doubt you have the willpower to keep it up. I find the best thing to do is to just not have stuff to organize. Minimize your life. Your room can't get messy if you don't have a lot of stuff in to make a mess, for example. If you want to study get rid of everything that might distract you and keep only what you want to study around. Stuff like that. Easier said than done though.
