I mean, a 1000 years trapped on a literal near half a chunk of Silicon Dioxide in your own body while your other split half is in charge is bound to drive you at least a bit more cuckoo than "We" pronouns. And yet she grovels before the woman that put her there in the first place as soon as she's free?Something smells fishy here...Don't give me that "Alicorns have tough mental fortitudes" ass-pull. They're all too human in the head for that.Let alone not bearing at least a bit of a grudge.I mean, think about it. A whole millennium, and it's never been stated that Celestia visited her once to try and get through to her, let alone stuck to any possibilities to change her back besides wait it out, and let a half a dozen chosen ones do your piss-easy dirty work in some kind of elaborate chess scheme? It's hypocritical, kind of sociopathic, and a reminder of why these two, especially Celestia, are exceptions in the canon universe as the good guys.Which is where an idea hit me.For stories either showcasing what happened to Luna in that huge chunk of time, or that she gets freed a lot earlier, and goes off on her own adventure. Eventually returning to Equestria as a different kind of person, very humbled. Like Quake 1 or something...Or a story where as soon as the Elements free her in Episode 1, she either comes out Jokered out, or with AM levels of hate. What do you think?
>>41754989Luna wasn't on the Moon. Her spirit was magically infused into the Moon. She was basically in a sort of stasis, almost as though she'd been teleported a thousand years into the future.
>>41754989She slept through it
>>41755011>>41755039That does give me one idea. What if something goes wrong with the spell, and she gets the "discount Jaunt" experience?Trapped in a white void, sharing a body with her dark side, wondering if anyone will come for her.And when the day comes for her return...
