>>41814935Imagine the warmth she would provide on a particularly cold Equestrian night. Wrapped in a tight blanket yet you still shiver and rattle your teeth. Then your room grows bright with a sudden heatwave hitting you. You see Daybreaker in all her bright nuclear glory. She laughs and insults you for not being able to handle a little cold night but walks slowly towards your bed. As your blanket is magically lifted into the air it catches ablaze and turns to ash in seconds before a gust of wind crashes through your window to catch it and whisk it away leaving you not only cold, but now exposed to the dreaded elements. She tells you not to worry, that her ever divine presence will keep you warm. You question how seeing as you feel like frostbite is beginning to take some exposed muscle, even with the Sun Queen standing in your room. You are not ready for the answer as a literally ton of tyrant goddess envelops you. Your bed holds sturdy but you do not struggling not only with the immense weight of this powerful being, but the debilitating heat coming off her as one would expect from Daybreaker. But it cools, after a while it is a pleasant warmth that could only be described as sleeping on heaven’s clouds, and though breathing and comfortability are becoming a premium sleep now seems achievable, your eyes flickering with drowsiness about to be defeated. Daybreaker laughs a hearty laugh the last one of the night, as she squeezes you against her just enough for you to get the message: You’re hers. You press yourself into her so she can receive your message to her right before you drift off, giving her a big happy grin she doesn’t need to hide. She whispers something into your ear, it’s faint but you hear it in dreamland, and though you are trapped in the grip of a goddess of the sun it’s the warmest thing anyone can experience, the final nail in this sleepy coffin. Even goddesses sleep though and your new blanket is too about to rest, excited to show you the sunset when you wake together.

DB's visual style was inadequate and bungled, her face especially is either too square and wide, or just too fat.But worst of all is the wine aunt sounding VA-work and her unconvincing cackle. What a letdown.Still, what DB ought to have been is what lives in my heart.
