>>41835823Here's one rough idea.>The trio is shown working happily, selling flowers n stuff.>Daisy gets one particular old griffon customer from far away land, who is very thankful for comprehensive service and offers something extra in addition to payment: a potion that supposedly makes your hair grow longer/shinier/prettier/etc.>She is a bit sceptical, but accepts the gift, as the guy is really nice and polite.>Ends up trying the potion later that day, and of course it brings unforeseen consequences: her hair gets kind of longer, but it also gains a mind of its own, aggresively wrapping itself around her face, blinding her.>Lily and Rose try to help, but no amount of cutting works, as the hair simply grows back every time.>The two girls split up. While Lily continues trying out increasingly silly methods to remove hair (like talking to it, dyeing it a different color, or covering it with raspberry jam), Rose goes to Golden Oaks and tries to find some books to help with the problem.>Twilight immediately gets interested and starts rambling about (theoretical) potionmaking, not really understanding that the problem at hoof is not theoretical at all. She does however mention Zecora as the best bet when dealing with unknown potions. Rose runs out, leaving Twi slightly confused.>Rose and Lily decide to visit Zecora, as really nothing else seems to work. Not having been in the Everfree before, they prepare for the worst, which in their cute pony minds amounts to making sandwitches and putting on elegant hats and shoes.>They go in. Now the joke is that M6 have visited Everfree multiple times, sometimes facing minor danger, but overall it has never been life-threatening (well, maybe the first time, but it was because of NMM). The two girls however, immediately bump into several dangerous forest creatures, each time running away screaming, rolling down hills, getting scratched by branches, falling into muddy ponds, etc. By the time they get to Zecora, they are exhausted, dirty, scratched, and their fancy hats (somehow still on their heads) are in ruin.>Zecora greets them with like "You girls look like you've fought a bear, never before have I seen such a messy mare".>They explain their problem and add that indeed, they have fought a bear quite recently. Zecora offers some very special flowers and instructions how to process them into a special tea that will revert the effects of most nasty potions. They immediately recognize the flower as something they already sell, so they kindly thank for the instructions and head home.>They are prepared to go through hell once more, but this time the forest is very calm, for some reason. Multiple times they expect some horrible monster to jump from around the next tree, but nothing happens and they get to town safely, if slightly confused.>Rose prepares the cure and it works wonderfully. They all sigh with relief and go back to a peaceful life.

i'm a sucker for the "original cast of heroes are gone/beaten and the band of side-characters have to come together to save the day" trope. no idea how it'd manifest with the flower trio but i'm sure they can pull it off
