I love Pinkie, shame so many people draw her as black because of her hair.
>>
>>41847455
Yeah, that's really strange. I normally make her pink.
>>
>>41847455
>The loud obnoxious one is black
what did they mean by this?
>>
>>41847478
stop noticing things
>>
>>41847478
They made Twilight black too. And she's the literal opposite. What did they mean by this?
>>
>>41847559
They mean that quarter of the color wheel pairs really well with dark browns.
>>
>>41847559
The artists never watched the show and didn't know that there's an entire country full of zebras.
>>
>>41847455
Her hair looks absolutely nothing like an Afro. Are you taking drugs or something?

Why are there so many threads seething about people drawing ponies as non-white? Like yeah "woke" stuff is cringe sometimes but it's just as cringe to be this genuinely angry about it

This pic is the proof that dark skin can be cute---SJWs just sucks.

Also, SJW need to know that dark skin in Asian context doesn't necessarily mean "Black race". Blacks need to learn about it when yammering about diversity. Diversity doesn't always mean California Demographic.

I think of her as Irish, because of the curly pink mane. Like actual red heads.
>>
>>41847831
yeah it sucks that identity and immutable characteristics have become so politicized these past years. There honestly should be no problem with this but nothing can be taken at face value anymore for a lot of people.
>>
>>41847455
I get that artists like to express themselves however they please, but this pic barely resembles Pinkie Pie. That balloon on her belt is like the only hint.
>>
>>41847831
I've never liked Pinkie being drawn as not white (I picture her real self as a redheaded Amish girl) but that's the first dark Pinkie I actually like. Partly because the artstyle's nice, but also because they also made her hair dark, and natural hair colors in humanizations is underrated and her normal pink hair clashes horrendously with dark skin.
>>
>>41847455
it's incorrect to draw her as black too because she's german-american coded
>>
>>41848475
I do not wanna be disrepect mate, but the picture I post are not non-white actually.

You see, in Asian comic or animation context, there is a kind of character trait named "黑皮", the "Black skin" or "Dark skin". This word refers to character with dark skin---only the skin color. But Americas loves to call "黑皮" black race whenever they see it, which is really disgusting.

Back to the pic, Pinkie here is simply a girl with dark skin, not "non-white", not white, just anime girl with dark girl, that's it. She doesn't have any black features.
>>
>>41848815
I never said Pinkie was black in that pic. You're doing the same thing as le retarded Americans by thinking what I typed as "not white" means I think she's black. Ethnicity and skin aren't so black and white as that, both literally and figuratively. To me she looks like a dark Latina aside from the blue eyes (which unfortunately isn't a combo that really happens naturally).
>>
Here's another one from the same artist---style are different, but you can see that her take on characters are refreshing.
>>
>>41848831
Apologize, bro
>>
>>41847455
>i wish these leftist would stop putting politics into everything.
>by the way i sure do hate niggers, that needs to be stated on this pony board.

>>41848815
retarded take.
>draw brown skin
>brown 247
>never not brown
>no tan lines
well you see actually they aren't brown because uhh umm. they just arent baka. stop putting everything in american views.
stop being retarded. shes not white obviously cope somewhere else.
>>
>>41847455
>because of her hair.
She could be Jewish.
>>
>>41848158
she should be an amish person of irish descent
>>
>>41850048
no such thing unless her parents aren't true amish, the amish are exclusively high german to the point that they're considerably inbred with much of the same surnames recurring
>>
>>41850048
Question, what indicates that Pinkie could be Amish inspired? Sorry since I don't know much about Amish culture.

I again love the artstyle here, but I can't help but find it kinda questionable that they made Applejack a redhead instead of blonde. It's an alright look for her, but she's the one pony with an already potentially human hair color, a Rainbow being a blonde instead looks weird and out of place.
