I kinda feel like it's that sorta hunch posture equivalent, you don't notice and then it looks weird to anyone else but for you it's not causing pain cause your back naturally adjust to it as the comfort angle. The handful where a mare stands on her hindlegs shows the belly weight a bit more as well as more weight distribution The Spike's Nightmare NIght fright set kinda has a decent middle area in some images
