Random Mare Appreciator here. I'd like to do another one of these, but I feel like last time it lacked some sort of a goal.I really liked how a bunch of drawfags came and drew the mares. Maybe it could be the main idea? We could do like 15 minute drawing challenges for each mare and then show the art on stream.What do you think? Do you have any ideas on how to improve the panel?

And while I am one of those very drawfags who should be drawing stuff during the cons, I am also a totally lazy bum. So it personally feels like relying on something uncertain.Making drawing the whole point could have a risk of fizzling out if some mare(s) gets very little art to show off. Maybe having the "do it if you want to" drawing going on in the audience while some other chill shit goes on on the stream might be a safer bet? Or maybe that's just my cowardice talking. Other anons might have better tips.

>>42956940Recorder Anon here, I do what I can but CyTube has a tendency for the chat to randomly desync (as well as other random stuff happening in general). I will say that it does seem like it's gotten a bit better in recent years. I do try to frequently check on my recording equipment but I am unable to monitor 24/7 (and sometimes I get caught up watching the con myself). Many years ago I used to run redundant recordings on multiple computers but I've been a bit more paranoid about the number of simultaneous YouTube streams I have going ever since I got my IP banned from YouTube a while back I had to get a new IP. If that were to happen again it would ruin the con for both me and the recording. I've considered the possibility of looking into a userscript to regularly check if the smart scroll button becomes unchecked but never got around to it. And then I would also have to be on the lookout for any site changes. I always recommend that any Anons interested in a recording also make their own as well. And if there is an issue but all the pieces are available, I am no stranger to reconstructing things in a video editor.
I might not even be able to make it and have no experience hosting a panel, its over.
