There’s also a excellent website with Adobe Animate 2015 cc demos, which has a companion book (my college had a copy for free but I can probably find a torrent/pdf for you if you want) And no you don’t need to be a good artist, it helps but storyboards and rough animations can be crude but still understandable (you can trace off of the puppets if needed)
