Probably very similar to Treehugger. I think even if he wasn't romantically interested Discord would feel incredibly threatened by any friends Fluttershy makes that aren't a part of her core group. He can't really do anything about that, Harmony's tied those six's fates together in a knot, but random noponies get in the way of his Fluttertime.
