It's still a functional shirt but it would definitely be worth it IF you have the money to buy an LL bean flannel over a walmart or target one and you get sick of all that bullshit. Guitars are the same way. It's a functional guitar but there will be some bullshit that you wouldn't have to deal with at $1000 or even around $600 that you eventually will come to both notice and appreciate.

Reading online people say that if the band is muddy then it helps you get through.

I've had like 7 mexican fenders, they are not "pro quality" but they are definitely good enough to gig with/recordbut so is a squier or entry level yamaha pacificabut they aren't as good as USA Fenders. they don't play as well.and my MIM Player series, which on paper is a way better guitar than the old MIM Standard they replaced... the fuckin posts for the 2 point trem started coming out of the body after a year, sticking out easily 5 mm on the bass side i tried fixing it but it kept coming out. also very loose neck pocket fit, worse than my Squier VMJM and Squier CV stratliterally worse build quality than two indonesian guitars that cost 300 dollars
